Wacky Weekend October 12 – 14


A brand new Trophy Challenge starts today (October 12th), but don’t leave it to the last minute… you only have until midnight, October 14th (EST) to complete it!



Here’s how to play: Look for the Wacky’s Bullseye Batter Trophy Challenge icon on your Webkinz account (web only). It will be displayed along the left side of the screen:



Click on the icon to review your tasks. There are 3 tasks you’ll need to complete by midnight, October 14th (EST) to earn the Wacky’s Bullseye Batter Trophy:


    • Earn 100 KinzCash playing Wacky’s Bullseye Batter in the Games Arcade
    • Win 2 games of Dogbeard’s Bathtub Battles at the Tournament Arena
    • Buy a Wacky Clay Sculpture Building Kit from the W-Shop


Play Wacky’s Bullseye Batter at the Games Arcade on Webkinz.com and try to hit Wacky as close to the bullseye as possible!



Complete the Challenge by Sunday, October 14th (midnight, Eastern Standard Time) to win the trophy!

    Hi! Uh… I don’t think this is the right place to put this, but earlier this morning, my parents got a bill for me and my brother’s 1 year deluxe memeberhsips, even though we got them on February 10th and July 14th, respectively. We paid for them shortly after, so I have no idea how that happened :/ The onto thing I can think of is that our memberships used to renew every year on October 12th, but auto renew couldn’t go through last October due to a credit card issue, thus the reason why we bought our memberships this year. That October 12th renewal date shouldn’t be active now. I contacted customer service via submitting tickets (1 for each account)… and I spent about an hour directing my parents how to write it, since I have a better understanding of the problem. I hope they can fix the issue! Did I take the right course of action? Also, if no one contacts me by the beginning of next week, should I resubmit the tickets, or call in? I’m honestly a bit stressed out about this, ahah

        CALL E-STORE 1-888-818-8770 I used to do the AUTO and started buying my own You need to change your account so it no longer AUTO UPDATES BUT !!!! Talk to CUSTOMER SERVICE BEFORE YOU DO. or BEST have your PARENTS 1 of them call so much easier for them then. They are real good and can save you al LOT of worry. PLEASE CALL THEM.

          Thank you so much for the advice, gmatiny! :) If the Ganz team doesn’t contact us by Monday evening, I’ll have my parents call them. Also, thanks for the auto renewal tip, too! I’ll try to disable that next time they send us an email about it. I don’t really like autorenew, anyway (since I usually don’t get my bonus pet or special item), so it would be nice to have that taken care of. Thanks again for the help– I hope we can get this issues resolved soon!
