Ooh, cool! I love the new window :) Hopefully I can get a few of those cactus cat posters, too. This is unrelated, but I’m not really sure what to do… last night I randomly got locked out of my estore account (I was trying to purchase one of the Valentine’s Day pets when I suddenly got a message that the item couldn’t be added to my cart, and then it logged me out. Afterwards, any time I tried to log in, I’d get a message saying that there hasn’t been any activity on my estore account in quite a while and that I need to make a new account or contact Ganz to reactivate it :/ But I JUST went on my account earlier that night, no problem, and I usually log in at least once every couple of weeks) but this is the second time I’ve gotten this glitch… This happened to me once last year, too ‘^^ I don’t know why this is happening, but it’s frustrating because I really wanted to pick up a few Valentine’s Day things before they’re gone from the estore, but I’m pretty busy so I might not get a chance to email customer service for a few days :/ It also worries me because I have a lot of points and countless unused pet and item codes stored on my estore account, and I’d be losing hundreds if not thousands of dollars if I somehow couldn’t get my account back… ‘^^ I don’t think my parents would ever let me use the estore again if that happened >.< When I am able to email customer service, what do I tell them? Has this glitch happened to anyone else before? :/
Tell customer service that you have tried logging in and you keep getting a box telling you you haven’t logged in for a while and they should fix it. The same thing happened to me last October and they fixed it after I contacted them. Good luck.
@TaffyKitty. This glitch has been going on for years. Nothing to worry about losing any items you’ve already purchased, they will still be in your history. Contact Ganz using the estore customer service email and put in the subject line “locked out of estore account”. Usually it’s fixed pretty quickly. Send your email as quick as you can as they normally will honor sale pricing.

LOVE the new window, and I’m glad It’s on classic and mobile because if not for trading I never would have got the Yeti cookie jar even though I spun the wheel everyday. Was hoping for st. Patricks day items/green items. But overall nice prizes. Except for the seashell chair! It’s used way too much for the wheels.
I got one of the new wizard windows on the Wheel of Wow but there was no moon as in the picture? Will this be fixed? (I tried everything to get the moon–moved it around the walls, had my pet go up to it.)
@gionfrid the moon might only show up at night time.
Actually, it doesn’t show up only at night time. The moon does show up but only at ONE place on ONE wall of a room. Can’t the programmers fix that??
