When I saw this post, I just gave a heavy sad sigh! WShop items that we can get with KinzCash? Pet medallions that we can get from the Floating Medallions? Prizes from recent events and holidays? Food, which should not be on the Wheels anyway! The Cherry Tomato seeds, the table with the red checkered tablecloth, and the Vacation Island Changing Shack, are the only 3 prizes that I hope to get. The rest, I guess I’ll just sell them for KinzCash. This is so disappointing!
I agree with you on the Wshop items and most of the food items. However, the wheel of wow cookie actually is an ingredient in a recipe. If you combine on a stove a wheel of wow cookie, fruity juice box (which can be obtained from sending the juice box from Next to Classic), and a pumpkin, you can make a family holiday window.

Why is a W shop item on the wheel?? You can easily purchase the red light sconce. The wheels should just have things we can’t normally purchase anytime, no?
I agree, and honestly, I have multiples of all these prize and little desire for any more. I won two of the new bulletin boards this morning and that’s enough for me.
I’ve also run into a problem since the update. I clicked on the floating paint can this morning in my account and I got a 2023DIY Divider FC Bundle instead of the paint. And as much as I’d like to let you know what that is… all it is is a blank space for me in the front of my special items section in my dock. And because of that I can only get 2 cans of paint today :(
I have the 2023 DIY Divider FC Bundle in my dock too. It doesnt show up tho it is just a blank space. When I hover over it it give me the description.

Ah, this makes sense now. I am showing two 2023 DIY Divider FC Bundles in my dock as well and couldn’t figure out what it was. It did nothing when I tried to drag it into room on and off edit mode. I knew I only received 2 paint cans even though it said I collected 4 today! I should have 20, not 18.
*Update… my account is now fixed. I have 20 paint cans and none of the strange bundle item. :)
That should say it can’t wear a non-clothing item.
I have a problem since the updates this morning. When I click on a pet I get the message that my pet can’t wear a food item and it logs me out. HELP PLEASE!
Have you tried quitting and relaunching the app?
I am getting the same message and getting logged out about every 5 minutes. I have restarted the app countless times and restarted my computer and still having this issue.
yes and I have shut down computer, cleared cache and it has happened 10X now
Did you have a pet buddy on that pet? If so, do you remember which one?
yes I did, the moonberry fairy. When I could finally get to my pet the fairy was still there.
I’m having the same issue, only it says that my pet can’t wear a non-clothing item. I removed the buddy she had on, but it didn’t help. I closed the app, cleared the cache, and tried again, but it continues to happen.
Same here. Always a new issue when there’s an update. (clear cache, uninstall, reinstall) Customer support was quick to reply wanting me to check for antivirus or firewalls blocking the app. Also to make sure that Webkinz is on my safe sites list. I’ll check my pet buddies as well.
