The Webkinz Room Design Awards is a celebration of the top designs that have been featured in one of my room design posts since the last Room Design Awards were held in February. There are 26 finalists this time around and 10 will win a Webkinz Room Design Trophy.
Here’s how the winners will be chosen:
- 5 winners will be decided by a vote right here on Webkinz Newz. From Friday, May 31st – Sunday June 2nd (ending @ midnight, EST), players can vote for their favorite design and the 5 designers who receive the most votes will be awarded a Room Design Trophy.
- 4 winners will be chosen by the Webkinz Newz Team. Sally, Mandy, Steve and I will each choose our favorite room design and the designers will be awarded a Room Design Trophy
- The 10th winner will be chosen by the Webkinz staff, here at Webkinz headquarters

I can’t believe my Gandalf Visits The Shire room was chosen as a finalist- thank you so much, Michael!!! This really made my day- I enjoyed designing this room more than any other as I’m a total Lord of the Rings fan, and was so excited when The Shire theme appeared in the eStore. Good luck to all of the other finalists, your rooms are truly creative & awesome!!! :) :) :)

Wow – so surprised and thrilled to see my room among the finalists. Thank you! Love seeing everyone’s rooms – all are great! so hard to choose only one. But when I think of the planning and patience that went into the Oak Tree Quilt, I have to choose it!! It is amazing. Great job!

Wow, 26 amazing rooms! They are all very creative and I know everyone will have a hard time choosing just one. Congratulations and good luck to all 26 of you! I know that only 10 of you will get a trophy but remember you all did an amazing job designing your rooms and you all should be extremely proud of this accomplishment as a finalist!

Congratulations to the finalists! The judges are going to have a super difficult time because they’re all great. Rocking Repair Shop, Panucci’s Pizza, and Rainbow Promise are my faves.
1Miruna!! You made it!! Oh My Gosh!! I am so happy for you! I love your ‘At The Pool’ room. Congratulations, everyone else, too. Darlabell, I love your quilty tree room. GML1939 that room was also in my top 10 list. I love any sewing room. Cinnamon’s Fashion runway is like a pageant in progress and MOMNO1 OOO, Your Burger dive in is awesome … (I am guessing you don’t serve hamberders, either?) Good Luck everyone!
