Could You possibly give us new Birthday cake or change it to a cupcake or loot bag or birthday hat or balloon. I have 8years of birthday cakes. Something new would be nice. I would also like a change in gifts in the spree bags, and the wacky log out balloon. Have so many don’t know what to do with them anymore. Thanks for listening
The prizes are great, but I still wish You would take the Kinzcash off the prize wheels. I almost always get Kinzcash. I have Way to much Kinzcash to ever Spend. Most of my accounts have over 1000000. I really rather have prizes. don’t like getting so much food either. I don’t feed special foods and have hundreds in my dock and in storage rooms.
I agree with the KinzCash and Food items. I do not really care for them and MOST of the time I land on those choices. I really miss out on some neat prizes!!

WOW! These are so cool! on the web version, my favorite has to be the cupcake! Perfect mood for Valentines Day that is coming up!
And maybe floaty coupons once in a while free wheel plays cause I just win 20 kinz cash always and on special days I wi money or an item I already have love to have items that are rare each time please and can you bring back the neo gothic piano to early for it to retire
I would love to be able to spin the wheel for all these lovely new prizes! But…when I go to spin, and I click the spin the wheel button, up pops one of those “15 seconds” commercials that you’re forced to watch before you can play your game (or go into any of your pets rooms), but now……now all I get is a huge black box covering most of the webkinz area. There is no ad, no 15 second countdown, no “X” so you can close the completed video after the 15 second ad, …..nothing…..nada! In fact, I have to close Webkinz, and log back in. I DID figure out that I can go to WOW if I go to it by going through the Daily Activities link. So, at least I can do WOW, Wishing Well 2, and Jumbleberries that way. HOWEVER….taking my pet from room to room, is a problem. I can’t. The same black “ad” square keeps me from going from room to room. Not all rooms will have an ad, but most do. It’s hard to know which ones have an ad and which ones don’t. My question is “Why? Why do we have to have a video ad when we are going from room to room? I understand “why” you have to force ad upon us. I understand, kind of…, why you have them before the games and activities we play. I mean, we have ads on the right side of our Webkinz page, why must we have them ON top of where we play? It seems to me the video ads cause more glitches and viewing/playing problems than Adobe Flash/script causes. And, going to different browers really doesn’t help. I honestly feel that it is the “Video” ads that cause so many problems here on Webkinz. Couldn’t you just have Non-Video ads? Or…maybe don’t put them on top of our play areas? Keep the ads on the right side of the game. We can see them. Read them. But not have our games and movements freeze up! The constant “closing and having to log back in”, in very annoying. Please rethink this! Make Webkinz a fun place to be, not a stressful “I don’t want to play this anymore” place to be. Thank you for listening.Please help us!
Sally Webkinz PLEASE HELP! We would love to be able to spin the wheels for these great new prizes. We would really like to be able to play any of the Arcade Games. Especially when our pets request to play in the Arcade. This is very frustrating! Just adding my 2 cents to “alucard”s comment above. I hope this is already being worked on. I was able to play Wishing Well 2 and will probably be able to play Jumbleberry Fields from clicking on their buildings on my Kinzville Map as that bypasses the Advertisement Video. No matter how fast I click on the next game, the video ad still pops up and locks up everything. Previously, if I clicked on the next game within a few seconds it would skip past the video ad.
One workaround I’ve heard is that if you don’t go to the Clubhouse, this ad doesn’t appear. Would you be able to try that? The issue has been reported and is being investigated.
Thank you, Sally. I don’t go to the Clubhouse everyday, but I do and play the Daily Activities. The black box STILL appears and locks up the game. Thank you for investigating this problem. And, please…..PLEASE suggest to those that make these decisions, to maybe…maybe…stop putting video ads on TOP of all game and room play areas. I don’t think any Webkinz player minds the ads on the right side of the screen, we just don’t like them ON the areas where we play. Having to wait 15 or more seconds to play a game or enter a room, may not sound like a big deal, but it is. Those seconds and wait time add up, especially if you have limited time on a computer. Please remember that not everyone can afford Deluxe Memberships, or being on a computer full time. Thank you for all your help. It is truly appreciated. :-)
