No snowflakes today? I thought they ended on the 30th.
Has anyone else had the problem that the Winter Wishes Window from Seasons doesn’t appear when you get to that day and click on it? This happened on both of my WkNext sites! Help!
They are aware of the issue and will be awarding the window to anyone who has already tried collecting it. It has been fixed, so anyone going forward should receive it normally.

Why can’t someone help explain some of the items we are to complete on these seasons that aren’t really straight forward. For instance, this new season, week 1 there is an item that shows “Get 4 like in quizzes” and I have zero clue how to achieve this. Is it get 4 quizzes all correct, or, complete 4 times, or get 4 of the questions right???? Have no idea what we are suppose to do and no place does it give you a clue as to what to do. It would be helpful if they would give you a button/bubble something on items that may be confusing that explain what is expected. I mean, feed you pet is easy, we get that, but a statement like this is not straight forward. So can someone tell us exactly what they want on this particular challenge????
Get 4 As in the Pop Quizzes that are at the end of Classtime in the Kinzville Academy.

hi! have learned from my removal requests that CS can no longer rid our accounts of the excesses we get from events on NEXT. this is a huge problem to me as #1 perfectionist (my problem, yes) but also that this is completely not ethical when we spend so much money on this–should not CS work for ME/US? i do feel passionately about this as i have easily spent 10k real money on W (again, my problem) but this business model is not good for anyone, you, me, all the w-kids out there. not good. first we could no longer phone CS. now, they can barely comply with our modest reqests. should i worry that soon there will no longer be w @ all? next logical conclusion. sorry i am feeling a bit irrational @ moment. k.
p.s. this particular problem could be easily solved by allowing us to sell (even if for 1kc) the stuff of which we have repeats or do not want on our account. thanks, k.
I totally agree. My storerooms are filled with items I don’t want but can’t get rid of and I just don’t understand why they are programmed this way. Compounding that problem, unlike in Webkinz Classic, there is a limited number of rooms you can make without adding a lot of pets.
This is my favorite season yet!! I hope my parents let me get the Seasons Pass!! =D
I have fought with the Webkinz Next app for over 5 hours this evening! I have logged out & I have quit the game several times, and then I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app (which took over 40 minutes to redownload and reinstall)!! I have barely gotten started with my dailies because every time I try to do anything, it glitches, doesn’t down load properly, then freezes, which causes me to loose credit on anything I tried to do. What is going on? It is always a bit glitchy when I first update, but it usually settles down and begins to work properly. That was three days ago! It has actually gotten worse throughout the evening. I’m not able to get into the game at all now! I have less than an hour until midnight. I should have been able to play several hours ago and would have had a decent start with the new Winter Wishes Season. Help!!! ♪♫LadyBeauty♪♫
What is your wifi connection like? Sounds like your internet might be a bit slow, which could result in some of these issues. You might want to try to reboot your router.
I was recently able to grow my Fabulous Cow to an adult, but I haven’t received the PSI gift box even after completing multiple pet requests. I emailed support and they only explained that I would get the gift after completing a single request. How can I get my PSI if it’s not being awarded when it should?
Please reply and repeat that you’ve already filled requests for this pet since it’s grown up.
