I called estore and they told me they could do nothing to help and to email ganzworldsupport@ganz.com and then they told me to contact webkinzsupport@ganz.com and when they replied it said I was blocked from remote server 550 5.4.1 and so the only other place I could email was the estore at ganzestorecs@ganz.com and still no reply …are they selling items when not fixing accounts ?
If you have Facebook or Twitter, you might want to try to get in touch that way. Not sure why you’re having trouble with the email
I have finally contacted someone through phone and they said they’re backed up and that estore customer services won’t be back up for awhile ,so beware of making purchases through Estore cause you won’t have any help until maybe end of January ….I’m still waiting for email from estore though ..and my problem could be only something simple with not knowing what to do ..just frustrating that I won’t be getting to make any purchase for winter items and click to wins until my account is fixed .
Is anyone else having trouble getting the snowflakes while playing in their Webkinz account. I play everyday and sometimes I spend over an hour in my rooms doing things and no snowflakes fall. Yesterday I played for 2 hours and only one fell when I was in the Curio Shop, it’s a little disappointing to play for so long and get none. :(

Has anyone received the blue or the white rug? I have not gotten any of these 2 prizes even after 6 days of catching snowflakes. They must be extremely rare.

Where is the Adventure Scouts Clubhouse room?!?! Someone please help!
In the clubhouse, between the Welcome Room and Daisy’s Diner.
Do you have to be a deluxe member? Because the only clubhouse I have is the clubhouse in trading area, and the only thing that does it take you to the park. There is nothing that says Daisy’s diner or anything else in mine.
That campfire is going to be an awesome addition to so many room designs! Thank you so much! I have been waiting for one for years! Now, hurry up Jan. 20th!!!
Where do the snowflakes appear? I’ve spent hours and hours trying to catch them, but they don’t appear at 5 minute intervals like they used to years ago. I have seen them in the Adventure Park, the Arcade (not in a game), and the Clubhouse. In previous years they used to appear during classes and jobs, and in the pet room. Not anymore? It is so hard to collect them all!
They appear everywhere. If they haven’t shown up after 10 minutes and you’re not in an Arcade game, log out and back in
It’s not like we can stay on Webkinz for hours at a time (and if we have more than one account it’s even harder)…I believe there are a lot of adult players who have a real (non-kid) life to live and take care of — it would be nice if ‘clicks’ and ‘challenges’ took time into consideration when offering these ‘prizes.’ Thanks in advance for hopefully implementing some changes.

You might want to try uninstalling and reinstalling the app, if you still can’t get any snowflakes.
