Wishing Well 2 Trophy Challenge ON NOW!

 

Hey there trophy collectors! The Wishing Well 2 Trophy Challenge starts TODAY—but don’t leave it to the last minute… You’ll only have until Sunday, August 2nd (midnight, Eastern Standard Time), to complete it!

 

 

Here’s how to play. Starting TODAY, July 27th, look for the Wishing Well 2 Trophy Challenge icon in your pet’s room. It will be displayed along the left side of the room:

 

 

 

 

Click on the icon to review your tasks. There are 3 tasks you’ll need to complete by midnight, August 2nd (EST) to earn all of the prizes:

 

  • 1. Make 20 wishes playing Wishing Well 2 at the Arcade
  • 2. Earn 200 KinzCash playing Smoothie Moves at the Arcade
  • 3. Make 4 Wishes of the Day at the Wish Factory

 

 

 

 

Complete all of the tasks before time runs out and you’ll win an Amanda Panda Chest that you can use to store your Wishing Well 2 Trophy!

    Great… “Updating our website” Again…. -_- This is especially jolly good news when we have quests that have (quite narrow) deadlines… (I suspect that those who won’t be able to complete their quests because of this -which they’ve worked really hard on- won’t be compensated in any way…) Any info on when the site may be up and running again? Thanks.

      Maintenance generally happens every 4 weeks. You might want to note it on your calendar. It’s usually up before 10am EST

        Well, it’s 9:30 PM EST (03:30 my time) and it’s still not working… -Couldn’t do a Thing ALL day… That’s really great when this quest alone requires something that can be done only Once a day… -So should I stay up until 6 in the morning just to be able to complete it, or is there any chance it will work again today?…

          The site was back up by 10am EST. If you are still having issues, try clearing your cache.

            The site got back up at Exactly 04:45 my time, which is 22:45 EST… I tried everything.. On top of clearing my cache.. I restarted the browser, tried using another one, restarted the whole computer too… Then a couple of minutes before the time I’ve just mentioned I was re-opening the page for the thousandth times, but still the same thing: the ‘mayor’ holding a stop sign and the page saying “we are currently updating….” -and when I reloaded that same page for the 3rd time it suddenly went to the ‘starting page’ with the play button… I checked the clock on my pc and it was exactly 04:45… -Something like that doesn’t just magically happen (and especially not when I didn’t even clear the cache at that very time, or done anything else -simply refreshed it). And I find it a ‘bit’ hard to believe that all of WK World was unavailable for only me in this whole wide world… But I’m sure there’s an explanation (there always seems to be…). Anyways, I ended up not being able to complete all classes with all my pets, do jobs -although I really need the KC and one of my quests require the same job being done 6 (!) times (which I could’ve completed had I had the time, that is, the chance to log in at the start of the day), I missed the Vast majority of the daily activities (good thing I payed money for a Deluxe membership…) and basically couldn’t pick up anything from the clubhouse (just as an example) or do anything which could’ve yielded some extra kinzcash that I sorely need now… Anyways, I know that it doesn’t bring tears into any wk s.member’s eyes -good thing that that’s not even my intention by writing this; I only wanted to point out that yet another ‘little incident’ like this can cost a player quite a lot (and I haven’t even mentioned half of it)… I can only hope that things will go smoother in the future (even though my experiences so far don’t really seem to point at such a direction)..             As mentioned, site updates happen every 4 weeks. The next one will be on August 26th. I don’t know why you specifically were unable to access the site when maintenance was completed, but it was not a widespread issue.

    Ah,, One time I had two wells in the first two places of the middle row, and in the third row.. An apple, but right above it, in the top row, was another well. Just almost 3 wells in a row :’)

    Sally, hi again. I still haven’t received a reply back from anyone, and I replied using the email they sent me with a ticket number. .STILL, no reply. It’s been weeks again. I’m very unhappy that nothing has been resolved yet.

      For whatever reasons, the emails are not getting through. Can you try using something like a Gmail account?

        That makes no sense, I got one from them with a ticket number and wrote back using that email to reply. I don’t have another email address. I hate emails. But I’m getting pretty upset. I’ve even written to family and friends to make sure my email was working properly..and no issues! So it’s something on their end. All I know is they owe me 20 clothing bags, and money back on a deluxe I bought supposedly half price. This is getting ridiculous. Maybe they need to check again and in spam too. Cause everything is working fine on my end, funny I can buy estore stuff and get an email EVERYTIME. I’m getting pretty frustrated. Can’t see how the estore system reconizes my email to buy stuff, yet they can’t get an email reply from same email…does not make any sense at all.

          You could try contacting Ganz eStore through Facebook. They have checked their spam/junk, as well. I don’t know why your emails are not being delivered.

          I absolutely feel you, ENCHANTEDISLE! :( I’m not even going to say any more, ’cause you’ve basically said it all (“funny I can buy estore stuff and get an email EVERYTIME [...], yet they can’t get an email reply from same email”)… And, sadly, that seems to be the ‘norm’ in other cases too… I wish the best of luck to you and hope you’ll get everything back as soon as possible! ✿ Just hang in there! :) Elenios

    Looking forward to getting another Amanda Panda Chest – it’s such a cute item! And, yes, I’ve gotten three wells in the middle – it’s happened to me four or five times over the years. Just happened to me earlier today, by coincidence. Pretty sure I always opted out for an Exclusive.

    Congrats Dipstick2001 for having your Arcade room featured, awesome room. I have spun 3 wells in the middle row numerous times over the years (12 1/2 years) of playing. This past week I got 3 wells in the middle row on two different accounts I usually pick the Painted Glass Window or the Charming Patio Tile as my prize. I have also got 3 wells on the first and last row so many times an easy way to earn a quick 1,000 KinzCash. :-)

    Someone pleaseee help ME! My computer saves my passwords but for some reason, it randomly unsaved my Webkinz password and when I go to send an email it says “this email is not associated with any Webkinz account” when it IS associated with MINE! I’ve had this account since I was little! And I can’t Lose IT! WHY won’t it send an email to my parents! I have 8 pets and was about to get 2 more so I can get a superbed! I’ve put a lot of money in the game and it won’t even let me send a reset password email or answer the email I sent to Ganz! I’m so mad at Webkinz right now. I just wish Webkinz could just send an email to me and tell me my password If they won’t let me send an email to reset my password. I’ve never been so angry at a game before! I had SOO many rooms and items and kinzcash and now it just went to waste! I WANT my account back! Does anybody know what I should do or has this happened to anyone before! PLEASE SOMEONE TELL ME IF THIS HAS EVER HAPPENED TO YOU!

      Have you tried emailing webkinzsupport@ganz.com directly? As long as you know your account details, it doesn’t matter what email address you use to contact them.

      I dont know if ths will help. RecentlyI hd to go to my yahoo mil and readd password . It had stopped sending any mail . I noticed my cell phone mail had no mail in 3 days , so not normal. Once I got laptop working with mail then I restarted password for yhoo on my phone again. Now I had over 2500 emails . I hope this helps

      Yes – right after the hack and it has taken me two and a half months to finally get access to my account. Like you I have a lot of pets and rooms. I kept sending the password request to my parent email account and it would not go through. I was able to finally get them to respond to numerous request through the webkinzsupport@ganz.com and someone finally reached out to me directly instead of the computer generated response. They asked for my account name and for a pet and pet code. I explained that I have a lot of pets that are in storage due to a recent move to another state. They worked with me and gave me access to my account. I hope this helps and lets you know that you are not alone.

      This has never happened to me, but maybe do a double check of the passwords that saved, and maybe its just not showing up. Or if it is still not there, maybe try retyping your email. I know from personal experience that it is very rare for a computer to delete a saved password on its own. Try checking with anyone else who uses the computer to see if they might have deleted it as an attept to free up space, or just by mistake. I think Sally is right in emailing Webkinz support. If you give them a pet code, they will probably be able to help. Have an amazing day, and I hope these suggestions work for you! :)

      Hey, if you have a Mac, go to the magnifying glass in the upper right hand corner of the computer and click on it, then type in “keychain”. Search the keychain list for all the webkinz passwords. Good luck!

    I got 3 wells in the middle many years ago, and I don’t remember what the prize was. Recently I had 3 wells in the top row. One time I got ZERO money as I didn’t get a single match on any of the five turns! I was a little upset over that! LOL! :-)

      I got three wells in the middle once, a long time ago, and got money. I have had a few times where I got 0 or 5 cash. It is computer generated so it is bound to happen.

          The one time I got 3 Wells in the middle I about fell off my chair I was so shocked! Like you alucard, it was so long ago I don’t remember what prize I chose, but it was exciting!!!
