Crafty Critterz: Yogurt Twist Smoothie
Submitted by: mac with smila What you need: One cup of milk Half a cup of frozen or fresh berries 8 tablespoons of Vanilla yogurt Blender (with adult supervision) Straw Kiwi (optional) 2 glasses for serving What you do: 1.    Put berries, milk and 4 tablespoons of yogurt into a blender. 2.    Blend until smooth. 3.    Scoop 2 tablespoons of Vanilla yogurt into the bottom of each glass. 4.    Pour blended items equally on top of the yogurt in glasses. 5.    Have an adult cut a slice of kiwi and place on the rim of the glass. 6.    Add a straw and enjoy! Dacey’s craft: Shellfish
Hey gang! While I was walking along the beach, I found a bunch of cool shells and rocks and I decided to use some of them to make this neat fish. What you need: -Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Seashells -Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Large rock base -Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Smaller rocks -Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Glue What you do: Glue the rocks and shell onto your rock base to form a picture. I chose to make a fish, but you can make whatever you want!

Laurabeard’s Craft: Pressed flowers
Laurabeard thought that a great way to remember how much fun she had on her camping vacation would be to press some of the beautiful flowers she came across. What you need: -         Large book, like a dictionary -         Wax paper -         A collection of fresh flowers and leaves What you do: When you’ve collected some pretty flowers and leaves with your friends, cut two pieces of wax paper, large enough to place two or three flowers on, and small enough to fit inside your book. Cut enough wax paper for all of your flowers or leaves. Open your book at a random page near the back. Place one piece of wax paper on the page and arrange a few flowers on it. Cover with another piece of wax paper and close book. Open to a new page closer to the front of the book (so as not to disturb the flowers you have already inserted) and repeat with remaining flowers. Wait four weeks and open the book to find beautifully pressed, dried flowers. Frame your dried flowers and hang them on the wall, or glue them onto a piece of paper to make your own stationery or greeting … Read more
