Hi, AUNT09! Those Silly Scoops sure are cute, aren’t they? While I’d love to see those little guys running around Webkinz World, Silly Scoops are a completely different toy line by Ganz — they aren’t part of Webkinz World at all and don’t come with Feature Codes. We just loved them so much that we wanted to share them with you.

Thanks for your question, kittymade10! The Ancient Civilizations theme items from Ganz eStore are not sendable/tradeable/sellable, no. They sometimes show up in Mystery Bags and Stockings, though. Good luck with your collection!

 

 

 

Dear Fiona, could you please ask your tech people why sometimes in the middle of a game, the message comes up “We’re sorry, we can’t log into Webkinz right now”? Are there too many people on the server, or is time limited to play games? Thanks! – NanaZaza

 

 

Goodness, that can be frustrating, NanaZaza! Most of the time, that message means that your internet connection was interrupted in some way — it may be that it got just a bit too slow, and the messages to and from Webkinz World timed out. This tends to happen more often if you’re on a wifi connection. There is no limit to how much time you can spend in Webkinz World, but certain areas, like the Clubhouse and Kinzville Park, can get slower when more people are connected. If you get logged out at the same point in the game each time, please send a message to webkinzsupport@ganz.com so they can investigate.

    Hey Fiona, I have a question. Is it possible to add a feature to the mail area that records what WE have sent, so we can keep track. When you are doing multiple trading it would sure come in handy so you can make sure you have not made any mistakes. I have received thank you’s from a few friends that I do not remember sending things to and am not sure if I have messed up promised trades. …boorepko

    I’ve always put ‘ad on’ on webkinznewzganzworld/webkinz website but since June starts, I start having trouble with the floating prices activities, like: couldn’t see the mayor in kinzville park + others (and I have even checked to make sure it’s on the whitelist). Please help.

    Hi Fiona, Any chance Ganz will let it rain and snow in the outdoor rooms like it used to. I know it used to slow things up, but it was cool.

    It also happens to me re: “plug in failure”/crashes but mostly when I’m shopping at the curio shop; sometimes in the clubhouse. I checked my plug-in/flash update and it’s up to date!

    Ugh, that is annoying, isn’t it, NanaZaza? I got over 40,000 on FlutterBugged, but I got that message and it didn’t count any of that kinzcash or score that I had worked so hard to earn.. Agh, it’s very annoying. I wish it would be fixed! This has happened to me three times while earning a high score.

    Hi Fiona, I’ve got two questions. First, I wondered if it would ever be possible to be able to send or trade estore items. Sometimes my sister and I want to send each other stuff, but since it’s estore, we can’t. I know you may send some estore items, but to be able to send or trade all would be nice. Secondly, will there ever be a button on the wshop where we can retrieve items that we didn’t mean to sell, especially rare items? :) thank you for reading this.

      I love this question – I have several accts. and would love to send estore among the accts – maybe have a separate password needed to send them – jump thru a couple of hoops that only YOU would know to send them.

          I agree with you! I posted a similar question on the last fan mail asking if we can sell estore items for estore points in return. I really hope the will consider your question!

        super idea – have a special password to have if want to send estore. Please think about it, Ganz. I would like to send some between my accounts too. I know you are protecting us since we pay actual money for items, but I’m sure 99% of the time, it would be a legit “I want to send this to another acct.” scenario.

    Uh, yes very frustrating NanaZaza. I was playing leapin’ lama a couple of days ago when it was the game of the day and I got the highest score and I should’ve got the trophy but as soon as I left the game it said “We’re sorry, we can’t log into Webkinz right now” Ganz I was wondering if you could please at least give me the trophy because I worked so hard to get it. And I’m not a Deluxe Member so I can’t play this very often. Thanks. :)

    Dear Fiona, when I’m playing webkinz I always get a message that says “plug in failure” and it crashes. Why does this happen? It usually happens when I’m trading and I feel bad when I get kicked out of a trade with someone. -resolution22
