I keep trying to enter the information on the pop-up window and it says that the information is invalid. I am double-checking the case-sensitive info, but it’s still not working. Still never recieved anything in my dock from yesterdays errors I was recieving.

Since some of us got the rug when it was in a glitch, I think that they should give us something extra. I hope they fix the glitch soon!

not happy to hear there is a glitch in the system, but now I think i will wait to click the rug as it seems by the other posts it is not working. In the past I’ve had no problem finding any floating items. Btw, it is only on webkinz news that you can find them. Good luck!

My grandchildren have absolutely loved being able to go into the park and click on the hamster. It was so nice for the young ones, not having to hunt around and wait to find the creature. Also having the extra days to collect and so not missing was super. It would have been nice though, to have been able to mail the vases to friends , perhaps a thought for another year.
