I had a turtle dove that recently passed away last month after having her seven years. I miss her so much and it’s such a strange coincidence that this turtle dove came up on webkinz. I will totally be getting this beautiful pet and naming her after my Palomita.

snuglilbug, so sorry to hear of your loss, our pets become part of our hearts! Getting the turtle dove I’m sure will be a great comfort. That is how I/we(my family) came to webkinz. I lost my tri-color collie, which is mainly black with white and a little bit of tan. At a restaurant which had webkinz, I spotted a border collie. Even tho’ it wasn’t the same breed, it reminded me so much of him. When I read the attached tag, I thought ” Oh what the heck, see what it’s about.” That was seven years ago, and every time I’m on with my pet I think “Does he really resemble him that much, or is it just wishful thinking? ” Never the less, it gives me great comfort and joy, each time I interact with my beloved Laddie! (The mahogany collie (PJ) was no longer available as a plush, but luckily they released it in virtual, so I have that also) Everyone! enjoy the unconditional love of your pets!!!!
