I tried, same message. It’s happened before and each time I have to send an email to customer support which doesn’t respond on weekends. Oh well, maybe I can participate in the next event.

You can always buy another now at 50% off now and use it when your current one runs out. I always buy an extra at this sale so I have it and don’t have to pay regular price when my Deluxe year runs out. You get a code in your email that you can use whenever you want.
