Hi @Alphacat :) ok thank you so much! yea we bought a few to unlock the forest,that was 2007? 2008? LOL but i’m on my own with it now when my kid got older, i remember the charms! i’ll try to trade for one,it’s real cute! Thank you so very much for all the info,it seems i’ve been playing forever & forget half of it before the estore etc. The problems on this site & others i have on my WW not being addressed,are insane.I mean they don’t even answer emails anymore,this is also why i have only renewed one Deluxe for now.Thanks again! Hi CountryChrissy – yes, I’m having all sorts of problems accessing the forums, but I got in so I’ll try to answer your question. The Fairy Falls Fountain is an older item that by now is pretty rare. In the early years, besides the plush toys, you could buy all sorts of physical merchandise. Simple chain necklaces and bracelets could be bought as well as individual charms to attach to the chain jewelry. Each piece came with a feature code – this was the only way to access the Fairy Falls game – it was before deluxe came along, and the codes were only way to win some unique prizes. Buying 16 charms and entering the codes would award the Fountain. Collecting all the charms (24 I think) would award the Grand Charmling Tree. I’ll continue in a second post :-)

Part 2 – so anyway, the jewelry and charms were produced for only a short time – I heard they have a high lead content. Then came the Ganz Estore offering virtual charms for sale. These are different from the charms you find while playing the game. They are not for sale right now, but occasionally show up. I’m not sure how many different ones are offered or if 16 of them will award the fountain. Sorry I got long winded there – got a little nostalgic about when I used to play with my daughter and she begged my for a couple charms so she could play in the forest. I’m pretty sure it’s a tradeable item, so that’s worth a try, too. Best Wshes! alphacat

Hi Alphacat! All my slots are filled BUT the issue with me is I have 2 Wow charms & I really don’t think I was awarded the Fairy Falls Fountain because of this. One of my room designs is nothing but the Fairy Falls theme & had I received the fountain, it would be in there. I have contacted Customer Service & they replied there is nothing they can do to remove 1 Wow Charm…like really!! Either that part of the game is broke or someone just didn’t feel like doing it. I’ve been playing since 2008 & one of my goals was acquiring the fountain & tree :( On another note, it took me about 10 minutes to get into this site. Don’t know what is going on & I do hope they are looking into whatever the issue may be. Have a great day & take care! bananasbw :)
