I am trying to reach tech support and this whole new system is frustrating. We have completed our candy hunt in the Reading Room but we are not being awarded our final prize. How do we get it?

There is a known issue with the button not working for some people, but the prize should have been automatically added to your dock as soon as you received the last piece of candy. Please check your dock in the Furniture section. If it is still not there, please send an email to webkinzsupport@ganz.com

I have also, I needed to find three, crystals, only found two, dug everywhere I could and found no more. Now when I go back there is nothing to dig.

I am still frustrated that many items in my room are not working anymore. They worked for several months and the last two months they quit working. I can’t watch any TVs and some items don’t work like they did before the last upgrade. Please give us an update that is within this week, as to when our items will be restored. Thanks.
