A lot of times someone will block the 3 little guys and no one can get to them. That has happened more than once. THEY WILL NOT MoVe, and then I forget to go back into room

I am still not able to ask friends for help in the map area for the valentines. I click “ask friends”, then freeazes. I even emailed support. I close dock also
