    I won the webkinz home when I reached 12000 family points, but I can’t place the home inside or outside or on my map. Where can we use the webkinz family home we won?

    I am still frustrated that many items in my room are not working anymore. They worked for several months and the last two months they quit working. I can’t watch any TVs and some items don’t work like they did before the last upgrade. Please give us an update that is within this week, as to when our items will be restored. Thanks.
