Salley’s Summer
Dear Stoogles, I’m writing to you from the train. As you know, I’m on my way to see my dad. I’m pretty excited – he said we’ll do lots of fun stuff while I’m visiting. My mom said she’d miss me a ton, but she told me to have a great time and to send her lots of emails. I hope your summer is going well – I know you have big plans this year, and I can’t wait to hear about how things are going! Have fun! Your BFF, Salley
Cowabelle’s Awesome Summer
Dear Roberta, Wow, what a summer! It’s only the sixth of July and already I feel like I’ve been on vacation for, like, EVER! My days have been insanely busy. I know I was pretty disappointed for not winning Kinzville Sings, but I realized something: if I had won, I wouldn’t have been able to visit Dacey this summer. And honestly? We are having THE BEST TIME! I actually got a small part in the movie – I have TWELVE lines! I’ve memorized them all already (of course) and I know I’ll do a great job. How are things back in Kinzville? I hope you’re not TOO bored. I know you’re at craft camp, so I bet you’re enjoying that. You HAVE to call me as soon as your brother or sister is born. I hope it’s a boy – you don’t want to have a sister like Millie! Anyway, I’ve gotta go – we’re about to head out for dinner again. That’s another thing: I’ve been to THE best restaurants! Call me soon and I’ll tell you more! Love, Cowabelle
Last Summer’s Design…
‘Tis the season for camping, right friends? Even though it’s been a tough summer for me so far, what with my brother touring and having a BLAST living life as a rock star, I’m still trying my hardest to design rooms. It hasn’t been easy. I just haven’t been very inspired. For inspiration, I decided to take a look back at last year’s cabin design that Elwin and I did. What do you think of it?  Ah, those were the good old days. I just miss Elwin so much. Maybe he’ll come home to visit soon. I sure hope so.
Roberta’s Craft: Rock Bug Collection
We had such a great time at craft camp this morning! The counselors told us we were going to make a bug collection, and initially I was a little grossed out. When they brought out trays of rocks and acrylic paint, I realized we weren’t talking about real bugs! Here’s how to make a (fake) bug collection of your own!  What you need: Rocks in all different shapes and sizes (choose ones that remind you of insects), acrylic paint in all different colors, paint brush, craft glue, wiggle eyes, paper or plastic plate where your rocks can dry Optional: glitter, permanent marker, pipe cleaners, sequins  What you do: Decide how you want each rock to look – what bug can you make from each rock? You can glue rocks together if you like (to make something like a caterpillar). Paint each rock and let it dry. When the first coat of paint is dry, add any details on with more paint (or a permanent marker, if you’re trying to add really fine details). Add wiggle eyes. Display your bug collection for all to see!

Polly organizes a camping trip
Hi! It’s Polly Panda here and can I tell you – I had the most awesome idea! You might know that I have two little brothers, Peter and Patrick, and a little sister called Penny. In the summer they just love spending almost all their time outside, swimming, riding bikes, hiking. They are non-stop bundles of energy. Every night when my mom calls them to get ready for bed, I swear the three of them come dragging their feet and whining about having to come in. So I just thought – why come in? Why don’t we have our own little camping trip right outside in our backyard? Wouldn’t that be fun? My mom and dad said it was okay, so Penny, Peter, Patrick and I spent the whole afternoon putting up the tent. Here’s the thing – it’s SUPPOSED to take ten minutes to put up this tent. I guess the tent manufacturers never met my little brothers and sister though because that didn’t exactly go according to plan. But we finally got it up in the end. After dinner my dad set up the Marshmallow Pit from the W Shop and we all sat around it in our … Read more
Amazing Marshmallows!
Know what makes summer campfires sweeter than sweet? Marshmallows! You can collect a whole bunch of them this summer by visiting the Map of Kinzville and clicking on the tent once a day. You can also get a Marshmallow by visiting Webkinz Newz once a day and asking for Marshmallows from your friends. You’re going to LOVE the prizes you get for reaching different levels of your collection!

Congratulations to Anthony, Kyra, Steven, Sharryl and Aarushi! They’ve each been awarded all of the Webkinz Day prizes from Year 1 to Year 7! We wanted to know what you loved about Webkinz World. I also love this game because I love how happy I get when I get a Pickleberry, or when I got my one and only so far Moonberry. Another thing I love about Webkinz is Spree. I love this game because I love playing the game when you get a stop sign, and when I get a free shopping bag. I also love this game because when my cousin and I reached the mall I let her pick all the prizes and I loved how happy she was to pick out so many prizes. Lastly, I love to do the challenges, and I love getting new challenges. Those are just my top three favorite things about Webkinz World but I like a lot of things on Webkinz World – Anthony What I love most about Webkinz … Read more

Hailey misses Elwin
Hi there. It’s Hailey here. Things have been pretty crazy for my brother and me lately. I don’t know if you’re a fan of the popular show, Kinzville Sings, but you may have heard that my brother, Elwin, was the winner – which is totally awesome by the way. I mean, nobody is happier to see Elwin fulfilling his dreams than me. I guess it just kind of caught me off-guard because, to be honest, I never really realized that WAS his dream. I mean, as long as I can remember, the two of us both always dreamed of running our own design studio. And things were going along so well when, on a lark (and with a little push from yours truly), Elwin was caught up in this whirlwind of singing and performing. And then suddenly, before either of us realized what was happening, he had won! Next thing I knew he was whisked away to start preparing for his big tour. So that leaves me on my own in this big, empty studio. I don’t even feel like designing. It’s almost like the fun has gone out of it, you know? I’m sure it’s just an adjustment period … Read more

Booger writes home
Dear Sparky, Science Camp is awesome! Well, I know I just got here yesterday, and to be honest we haven’t actually done any real science yet, but I’m still having lots of fun! I’m so glad that Alex came with me because it’s really nice having someone you know to share a bunk with. When we got here we unpacked in our cabin and then they broke us up into groups and took us on a tour of the camp. You should see the labs! They have every piece of scientific equipment you could imagine! There’s also a really nice beach because unfortunately we don’t get to do science ALL the time. They expect us to go outside and swim and hike and stuff too. Alex thinks that is cool, but between you and me I’m not so crazy about wasting all that valuable research time away from the lab! After our tour it was almost time for dinner and so we had a weenie roast around the campfire. As we roasted our weenies one of the counselors explained how the structural composition of the meat changes when it is exposed to fire. … Read more
