You have a couple of options — you can submit your suggestion to the Fan Art section of the Share Center, wait for the next pet design contest, or send it to webkinzsupport@ganz.com (they can then pass it on to the creative department). Unfortunately, you won’t get a response to your suggestion, but we’re always happy to receive them!

One more very important question. This time last year, my dad bought my sister and I Deluxe memberships. We only received one set of berry codes, and one pet code, not two. We did not bundle the purchase, that option no longer exists. This year, we just purchased two more, and received an email containing a second black panther cub code, but no codes for winged/fairy raccoons. Not sure what to do, and my father is convinced that all is well and that the panther is this year’s pet.
Dear Fiona, I was wondering if there are any plans to add a ‘windowed’ mode for Webkinz Desktop? I find it more difficult to use because it hides the taskbar – making it feel like it is taking over my computer. As a result I have continued to use webkinz through a browser. But, since support for browsers will be discontinued next year I will eventually have to use the desktop app. My experience of the app as well as that of many other users would be greatly improved by the addition of a ‘windowed’ mode.

I agree. I too am still using the browser version for this reason. Please give us the ability to minimize the desktop.
Hello Fiona. I was wondering do you know when the Wish of the Day selects a winner and how they are selected? I also wondered what kind of mail do you get excited about receiving and what are you most frequently asked about? Do you have someone helping you answer all this mail? I’d better go now, I promised to visit with my pets.
I was wondering if anyone knows why the prizes for the WKNZ Ganz rewards never change anymore? I am waiting for the b-b-q that is in the Kinzville Park to return and it seems be the same things month after month. Do they not change the prizes anymore?
The Ganz Rewards feature is going to be removed at some point. Prizes will not be changing.
