Want to earn some cool NEW prizes? Just look for the “Free Prizes” button in the Thing to Do menu. When you click on it, you’ll have the option to either earn KinzCash or a prize by watching a video advertisement. At the end of the video, you’ll be awarded your prize.
The prizes for watching these video ads are ALL NEW and can’t be won anywhere else. The prize items are awarded randomly, with some of the bigger prizes being rarer than others. You can watch and win up to a total of 10 times per day.
Please note that you’ll need to have your Parent’s Account set to allow 3rd party ads and you’ll need to turn off any ad blockers to participate. When making changes to your Parents Account settings, you will need to click on the link sent in the confirmation email (i.e., the same email used to login to your Parent’s Account) to see the changes take effect. Also make sure you are logged out of your Webkinz account while making changes to your Parents Account settings.
UPDATE (04/13/2018): Please note that once an advertiser’s daily quota is reached, the videos for the ads are automatically capped and the “No ads are available in your area” message will appear. So if you were able to watch video ads one day and not the next, it most likely means that the video ads have been capped for the day and you’ll have to try again tomorrow.
Currently we only have advertisers in North America supplying us with video ads, so only accounts in North America can use this feature.
Since we have been reaching the daily quota for our advertisers with this new feature, we have now turned off the video ads that used to pop up between plays in the Arcade and the room.

I also have had a hard time with this. I live in the USA so it isn’t suppose to happen but it is. I keep getting the message about the Parents Area and turning my 3rd party ads on. I am also a Deluxe member. My 3rd party ads have been on all the time as long as I have been a member of Webkinz for 10 years. I’m also not a child but a grandma!!!!!

I understand, babyssss. My name is GRAMKINS. Is that a hint or what? I did this & found being on the west coast is not a good thing. I guess the quota fills before we get much of a chance. I removed the 3rd party ad.
It ain’t working for me, I haven’t been able to watch a video in a couple days now. I got one prize, and after that it just stopped working…

I love this, I now have all the rare things, and am collect the clothes.
I have all my ads turned on. I also live in N America. All it says is “No ads are available in your area” even when I have not watched any ads. At the clubhouse win and watch room, I’m not getting any ads either. I have a free account. Is that the problem?

3rd party ads are turned on and I’m using incognito so adblock is disabled. I do live in North America but I keep getting the “Sorry. There are no videos currently available in your area” message. I also go to the free prizes as soon as I log in so I shouldn’t have reached the daily quota for ads either. Pls tell me if anyone has advice.
It has nothing to do with you reaching the quota. It’s for the demographic as a whole to reach that quota. If there are no ads to view it means that the allotted amount of ads for today’s information process is complete. So, they turn off the tap when their glass is full. They just ignore the people behind them holding an empty glass.

I know. I was really unimpressed with it, too. Seems a little like a subliminal advertising tactic geared toward making everyone turn on their ads so they can freely advertise. Apparently, they’ve figured out that we would like to be compensated for our time and inconvenience. However, arbitrary distribution and discretionary bombardment of our accounts isn’t winning any votes from me.
When I click on the create account it sends me to Ms. Birdy to make a new pet account….is that how we set up a Parent Account?

Well, I filled in the areas that they wanted me to…then it said that I already have a Parent Account so log in….now the Login button won’t work…..what next?

It worked! I received my first 10 prizes! One of them was the welder’s smock that I wanted so much! My husband is a welder so I really wanted that for the plush that our grandchildren got for him!

Its not working, even though I have ads turned on. And yes, I live in North America. It keeps telling me to go to the Parent’s Area and turn on 3rd party ads. The watch room in the Clubhouse works, so I know this isn’t the issue, right? Is it because I’m Deluxe or something?
When u turned ads on…did you get a confirmation email and click the link?
