    Why are so many pegasus pets earless? My quirky carnival unicorn, neon winged zebra, sapphire pegasus, and celestial unicorn all have no ears. It is very distracting and it will keep me from purchasing more of them in the future.

    Please, can you help me? I am trying to complete a task in Webkinz Next. I need to make a Space Helmet on the sewing machine. I have more than the required amount of supplies, but it won’t let me make this item. I can make other items. I have tried logging off and on. I have tried making the item on different days, but no luck. Can you tell me what to do, please?

    I have a code for a grey tabby cat for Next, but it won’t let me adopt it! I haven’t adopted any grey tabbies yet, so I don’t know why it doesn’t work. Every time I insert the code and hit adopt, it tells me I already adopted it! Please help as soon as possible!

      Are you talking about Classic or Next? Adoption code or feature code? For Classic, pets are adopted in the Adoption Center and feature codes are redeemed in the code shop. The code shop is only available on the desktop app. For Next, pets are adopted in the Adoption Center and codes are redeemed through the W Shop on Windows and Android. Code redemption is unavailable for MacOS and iOS

    Hi, I’m having issues with the app for Windows. Every time I try to open the app it’s just a black screen. I’ve deleted and redownloaded it several times, I’ve powered down my laptop and still nothing. I’ve even tried to change it to running in Windows 7. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
