    I have tried to play the new Webkiz. It is not as much fun as this version. I cannot move around easily, have a terrible time trying to play games. I hope this version never shuts down. I have been playing Webkinz with my g-kids for 18 years. So sad about the new design.

    I miss so much the phone help we use to get the people were wonderful it was so good to talk with a human and most all the time the issue was worked on and fixted or they would walk you threw anything… When you have 9 or more family accounts and been members since the beginning and over 1000 or so pets it becomes over whelming when you have issues and all your grandchildren are wanting the problems fixed so many thanks for all you guys do….. But I would love to see phone and people be reunited…..

    I can’t complete the Keep in Touch task, when i go to play checkers it takes too long to find a opponent, i tried to play with a computer character but it won’t let me complete the task (i use the desktop app by the way)

      I also can’t complete the Keep in Touch task. I’ve tried against a computer player, and I managed to get two games against real player opponents, it still won’t count as completed. I emailed customer support but haven’t heard back

    I can not get it to my webkinz game site at all. My adobe flash player site was accidentally blocked and now i can’t find anything anywhere to fix it. I do not want to miss any of the very fun things going on right now. What do I do?

      If you don’t have an existing account, click “I’m new” — if you have an account already, log in to it and then go to the Adoption Center in the Things to Do Menu

    Hello, I have not sent an email about this yet, but I am in the process of making a GanzWorld account for my sister. She registered with the username Laneytacos134 and everytime we log in, she has a different username. She never received the promised Moneyz either. Even when she earns Moneys with these random usernames, it always comes up as zero. She really wants the Moneyz for the pink bunny slippers. Is there any way to fix this? If I should contact support, what email?
