The Kiwis are coming! Everyone has a chance to adopt this adorable fan-designed Medallion Pet, the new Kiwi Bird! To welcome all the Kiwis to Webkinz World, the Newz Team is throwing a Welcome Party in the Webkinz Newz Room in the Clubhouse on Webkinz Day!
But first, they need your help! Log into your Webkinz account (web only) between April 22 and 28 and complete the Kiwi Welcome Party Challenge! You’ll need to purchase some cupcakes, and feed your pet Webkinz Newz Soda for the party. Plus, get all snacks ready by playing Pizza Palace!
If you complete the Challenge by midnight EST on April 28, you’ll get your prizes – an adorable costume based on the new pet!
Then, on April 29, bring your Kiwi – or one of your other pets dressed as a Kiwi – to the Kiwi Welcome Party in the Webkinz Newz Room in the Clubhouse! Watch for more information about the Party on Webkinz Newz!

I do not get the soda thing when i click the box..Im sad and do not know how to get the soda. I got one from the park, then saw a box floating around and clicked it, but got nothing.
You have to open the boxes to get the soda.

When I get it, (I have 3 of the sodas) It says 0/14 but I have more than 0… This makes the challenge impossible. Can someone explain this?

for soda see Michael in the park, Steve on Kinzville map, Mandy on webkinz news and Sally floating on Webkinz news. They give you soda, pet medallion and one other gift.

i actually acidentily traded 10 tokens for one all token by mistake so there is no way i can get the kiwi, im so sad
Switchtato- don’t worry – the kiwi won’t disappear at the end of April. If you are short of kiwi medallions, you can turn other pets medallions into “any pet” and use those for your kiwi. Also, remember to log in on Webkinz Day – the 29th- to get your gift box of 25 kiwi medallions! Best Wishes :-) !

ok please hear me out, as I love this pet & all attached to it….but PLEASE, how can we get those adorable BALLOONS found on the challenge icon. my balloon collection needs those balloons!!! ;) thanks & best, k.
I may be wrong, but I think the balloons are included in the loot bag that you can get if you take your new kiwi or a pet dressed in the kiwi costume to the Newz Room in the Clubhouse on Webkinz Day (April 29th)!

Where do I get the soda?
You click on each of the hosts in their designated spots. The gift boxes that you receive will be in the special items section of your dock (the ‘stars’). Drag the gift boxes into a room in your WW home to reveal the prizes inside. One of the prizes will be ‘Fizzy Newz Soda’. Drag this to your pet to feed the soda to him or her. You will then see a ‘progress’ arrow flashing as it points to your challenge icon. I know that this is a really detailed description, but I have seen so many concerned posts filled with questions, and I just wanted to help. I hope that this will point everyone in the right direction. :)
