The interactive Map gives members all the freedom to customize their very own version of the town of Kinzville. And did you know that completing Challenges unlocks new buildings that you can add to your Map?
That’s right! Challenges help you learn more about the town of Kinzville and all of the cool games and areas in Webkinz World. And as you learn, your ability to expand your town grows with each new building you unlock. You can use your Map to travel around and explore different features in Kinzville.
So if you want to keep growing your customizable Map of Kinzville into the most awesome town in all of Webkinz World, be sure to play through your Challenges by clicking the Challenge icons in your pets’ room!
This doesn’t make sense, if you’ve already completed the challenges, will you ever be able to get the buildings? And, I already have the buildings pictured.

I play it every day all the time and I never have issues. I’m on level 55. Try different browsers. If I play in Google I have no issues but Internet Explorer. ITs the best game.
Some games wont load and i need to play them in order to complete missions
Try clearing your cookies/browser cache. The games should work fine then. Otherwise make sure you have the latest version of Adobe Flash Player downloaded and installed on your computer.
I don’t really understand this. Don’t we already have the buildings shown in the ad on our Map or in our Map Stuff? Or have they made new buildings?
For those of us who have been members before this change occured, we do already have all of those buildings. For new members just joining, these buildings can be won through Challenges.

I am deluxe an my pets can’t go home! it stops loading at the halfway point! :(
I have the same problem. My pets can’t go home. hope they can fix it soon.
The same thing happened to me when I adopted a new pet! Ganz fixed it, but my new pet is stuck in my backyard. Now none of my pets can go into the backyard!

In one of my rooms I had a trophey and I decided to rearange my room and I tried to take it out of my room and it went off to the side of the screen. I can still see it but it went off into the blue area. It’s been there for a couple years now and I still can’t get it.
If you go to the Customer Service portion of the Ganz help area, you can let Ganz know your pet is stuck in your backyard and they’ll fix it for you.
I had already finished all my challenges when they added the custom map feature. I never got to do those challenges!

Cowtown: I’m not sure if #6 clue is the same as mine was because I have 2 accounts and the clues were in different orders. But if it’s the one talking about the Road Trip events, click on Contests, then Events and that’s the answer. If it’s another clue let me know and I can help! I completed it just now:)
how do you do a treasure hunt ?
Same with me I mean how do you do the treasure hunt.
Under ‘Contests’ or ‘Fun’ click the option that says ‘Treasure Hunt’. You’ll be taken to the Treasure Hunt page where you can click ‘enter’. You’ll then be taken to another page where you’ll need to click ‘enter’ again. Then you clues will pop up. Simple follow each clue to the correct page to complete the Treasure Hunt. Hope this helps.
Okay, I got all the buildings in challenges, but is their a non-deluxe challenge to get the KinzStyle Shop?
The Kinzstyle Shop is only available for purchase to Deluxe members. It cannot be won via Challenge by anyone.
