I love this design. Although I cannot ski since the accident my webkinz kids can. I was a strong athlete before a drunk driver hit our car and left the scene without getting us help I take great pride in my kids achieving goals .

Renewed my yearly deluxe membership today to get this item and low and behold when i sign in its saying i havent renewed. The money has already been taken out of my account but my new item, pet, and points arent there. Didn’t have this problem last year and hope this can be fixed and wont mess up me getting the monthly box tomorrow -not happy-
