Hello, sweet pumpkins! I’m Fiona, KinzPost Courier, and I’m here to answer more of your questions! Missed the last few installments? Never fear, all of my previous Q&As can be found here. Now, onto the mailbag!

Why can’t you send certain things, Fiona?

Stubbs, I know how you feel. You’re asking why you can’t send certain items through the KinzPost, right? Well, these items tend to be eStore items, which players spend real-world, hard-earned dollars on. Say they WERE KinzPostable and someone (like a little brother who didn’t know better, for instance) accidentally traded it or sent it to someone, there’s no way for you to get it back. We keep eStore items (and some very valuable non-eStore items like trophies that you can only win once) non-KinzPostable to avoid accidents like these. Although, sometimes the eStore will make certain items KinzPostable, and they’re always sure to make that clear in the item description.

Hi, I really enjoy your section. Here’s my question: why can’t I adopt certain pets on Webkinz Friends and will doors ever be customized, because me and my pets want pink doors.

Thanks! To answer your question, I went straight to Matt WebkinzFriends. He said: “Firstly, it was a design decision to not allow any of fish or birds in the game, just walking pets, because of how they walk around your town — it looks better and makes more sense. As for why not all of these pets are available, it’s just a matter of time and work. Our Art Department has to manually convert the pets from Webkinz World to Webkinz Friends so that takes some time. We’re always releasing pets slowly with releases, so we’ll always be a bit behind Webkinz World in terms of available pets. So stay tuned!”

Also, about those doors: pink doors are a great idea! You can get plenty of decorative doors from the eStore now, but in this episode of Podkinz, Karl explains that the ability to move actual room doors is still on its way, so hooray!

Can you bring back the Enchanted Elf Room Theme?

Hello Ekaterina! I’ve asked our eStore team for you and they’ve replied that the Enchanted Elf theme WILL return to the eStore. They only sell select existing themes at any one time, but they do bring entire themes back. Be sure to keep checking the eStore for this beautiful theme to return!
