Why can’t you send certain things, Fiona?

Stubbs, I know how you feel. You’re asking why you can’t send certain items through the KinzPost, right? Well, these items tend to be eStore items, which players spend real-world, hard-earned dollars on. Say they WERE KinzPostable and someone (like a little brother who didn’t know better, for instance) accidentally traded it or sent it to someone, there’s no way for you to get it back. We keep eStore items (and some very valuable non-eStore items like trophies that you can only win once) non-KinzPostable to avoid accidents like these. Although, sometimes the eStore will make certain items KinzPostable, and they’re always sure to make that clear in the item description.

Hi, I really enjoy your section. Here’s my question: why can’t I adopt certain pets on Webkinz Friends and will doors ever be customized, because me and my pets want pink doors.

Thanks! To answer your question, I went straight to Matt WebkinzFriends. He said: “Firstly, it was a design decision to not allow any of fish or birds in the game, just walking pets, because of how they walk around your town — it looks better and makes more sense. As for why not all of these pets are available, it’s just a matter of time and work. Our Art Department has to manually convert the pets from Webkinz World to Webkinz Friends so that takes some time. We’re always releasing pets slowly with releases, so we’ll always be a bit behind Webkinz World in terms of available pets. So stay tuned!”
Also, about those doors: pink doors are a great idea! You can get plenty of decorative doors from the eStore now, but in this episode of Podkinz, Karl explains that the ability to move actual room doors is still on its way, so hooray!

Hello Ekaterina! I’ve asked our eStore team for you and they’ve replied that the Enchanted Elf theme WILL return to the eStore. They only sell select existing themes at any one time, but they do bring entire themes back. Be sure to keep checking the eStore for this beautiful theme to return!

Dear Fiona, How come Webkinz Jr. expires? I have one named Sunshine, and I didn’t get on it for a few months, and now I can’t get on! D: I miss it so bad.. :( -FooRoo
Aww :( I’m sorry to hear that fooroo but I’m sure your account will work ones u get another Webkinz Jr. pet! Remember to get on your account at least every two months or your account could expire and make sure to get a pet every 6 months I think or your account could expire that way too! hope this helps! :)
good questions everyone! it’s good that they don’t make everything kinzpost-able 4 safety reasons. i never thought of having different color doors! maybe they could sell door paint (like how they sell wall and floor paint) in the Wshop! but it should probably only the color on that side of the door and not the other, just so it could match the room on one side and the other in the room the door leads 2! it’s great that it’s in the works!

I don’t think that the idea for not allowing estore items to be kinzpostable because someone else may use your account is completely unfair. You should never give your username and password to anyone and doing so, then losing your items to a little brother/sister would certainly be a good lesson for this. It’s not just in Kinzword that you shouldn’t share username and passwords – this is a real live lesson for anything requiring a password. I just think it is a real shame that so many of us can’t do something because a few people share their password with someone else. So sad!
xoingtoby I completly understand how u feel It’s not like your going to tell anyone your US name or password probaly not even your little brother or sister at that but if think about it, when u get an E-store item u paid real money not kinzcash for (like fiona said) u should probaly keep your E-store item if your lucky to have it!!!!!!
When you buy a Webkinz is there any way you can know if it will retire or be the pet of the month? I hope you can answer this question!! : )
For question 1 Kinz doesn’t know if they will make a webkinz a pet of the month when they first make it but as a fact sometimes new pets are made into pet of the months as soon as they come out and for question 2 kinz has been retiring a pet each week since December but even so a new pet will probaly not retire for a long time because there is so many webkinz!! Hope this helps sabenalily!!!!!!!
Wen i am in the trading room I wish we can write what we need to you trading buddy’s but wen we are telling what we want but it still blocks bad words. Instead of using the selected word’s.
