dear fiona, i noticed on the ganz estore that theres a section called “figures, charms, and smileys”, except there are no charms. i would really like to open the charm forest on my accounts, except i cant afford paying for deluxe every month for that. will ganz ever sell virtual charms like they do with the figures? and also, will you ever sell codes to unlock zumwhere? it would be nice to be able to access those areas without having to get deluxe, except no more stores sell webkinz accessories that come with the unlockable codes. i would appreciate it and im sure many others would too if you responded. I’ve got good news and less than good news, cheekylean123. The good news is that Zums are absolutely available at Ganz eStore right now — when you unlock a Feature Code for a Zum, you will also get access to Zumwhere. Plus, you’ll get the Zum Buddy that you can add to your pet! As for virtual Charms… they do sometimes make an occasional appearance in the Ganz eStore. You’ll just have to keep your eyes peeled — with any luck, they’ll be back soon! You should also watch for upcoming Days of Play — that often includes free plays in the Magical Forest.
Dear Fiona – How does Ganz choose which video will be shown every week in the Kinzville Movie Theater? I really enjoy watching the videos in the theater and winning the prizes after answering the questions about the video. Please, I’d like to request that the video “Koala Holiday” be shown again in the near future. It hasn’t been shown in a very long time and I would love to win more of those beautiful fancy black sombreros. Thanks so much! BeezKneez
I like that song, too, BeezKneez! Since it’s about the holidays, I would expect to see it a bit closer to the holiday season. Hope that helps!

HI Fiona, I have 5 Zums. All unlocked by feature code from plush. So why does it still say sum sightings is deluxe only? It should be for everyone with Zums!
Really..? How weird! I can do the Zum sightings and I’m not Deluxe. I always thought it was because I’d adopted a plush Zum.. but if it isn’t working for you, then I don’t know what really gives somone access.
Same with me. I adopted a Zum before and it still says deluxe only.
If all 5 of your Zum plush are the big ones without a clip, then those will only unlock the Visit Zums side of Zumwhere. You have to buy a Kinz Klip in order to access Zums Sighting, and those were tiny versions of regular webkinz pets that you could clip on to your backpack or something else.
Ohhhhh! That makes sense. I totally forgot about the Kinz clips. Thanks for clearing that up, CocoaBunny! That makes sense, as I once bought a Kinz clip randomly, but had no idea what it did when I entered the code. =P
Dear Fiona, I have a question about buying pets in the W Shop. If I purchased a pet through the W Shop instead of the Ganz Estore, would I get a code for it or would it have to be put onto the account I bought it on?
Good question! Now i want to know too! I think it might just take you right to the adoption page (pick gender and name) but i am not sure.
I bought one through the w-shop and it was added directly to that account!
Yes xxmeagan, it does take you right to the adoption page! I just did it for the first time a couple weeks ago.
Wait…I can win PRIZES from watching videos in the Kinzville Movie Theater?!? Do my ads have to be turned on? I’ve seen those sombreros that ~BeezKneez is referring to and they really are nice. I’m going to go check out the theater!
I have never needed ads on in order to watch and win prizes from the kinzville movie theater, or third party ads allowed for that matter.
I also want to add, cheekylean, that you can buy Zumbuddy plushes on Amazon and eBay! It’s more fun getting a plush than just the virtual, don’t you think? There are plenty online for around $10, although some “rarer” ones are more expensive. Still, I recommend getting a plush. You get the code with it and you’ll have full access to Zumwhere with that code, plus the plushes are really cute!
@Cheekylean123 Fiona is right about the Charms. They do show up on occasion, I got all of mine during the Black Friday/Cyber Monday sales and they were there, also during Christmas. I was able to ‘repurpose’ my old charms with the new codes and give the Real charms along with a necklace and bracelet, to two little ones for Christmas to their absolute delight. And they weren’t that expensive, either. And BeezKneez (cute name, by the way) that is one of my favourite prizes, too! I love the black sombrero, I wish they’d make a poncho to match.
I was wondering if you intend to update the Ganzworld Prizes. I absolutely love the concept of gaining points and prizes, but I have pretty much all of them (at least all the ones I want).

Huh, i never knew the theater existed til now. But better late than never! Now I got a cool prize and a ridiculous song that will now never leave my brain lol
1 BIG PROBLEM with ZUMS and FREE DAYS When you play and your ZUM DISAPEARS you neeed to leave game to get it back. THIS happens offen . WHEN you return Your KEPT OUT YOUR game is DONE FOR THE DAY !!! You can’t finish the day of free . THIS is very just not fun .
I forgot I have reguler account and Deluxe and this also happens on Deluxe but when finding the lost Zum we can keep playing. When we return it still lets us play the day and the ZUMS sleep . REGULER peeps they get stuck with Zums awake.
Kinzville Movie Theater? We’ve been back on Webkinz for all of 2018 and I have never heard of it. Can anyone explain further? Sounds like something we might like to check out.
Hi motherk- Using the desktop Webkinz game, you can find the Kinzville Movie Theater on your map. If the theater isn’t on the map, look to the right side of the screen and there should be a vertical bar of items to place on the map. Click on the theater to watch a video – these are not ads, but WW videos produced many years ago to promote Pet of the Month. You answer questions about the video at the end to earn a prize. You can do this only once a day and the prize changes every Wednesday – this week it’s an Organic Sea Mask.
