Fiona, for some reason I can’t play the arcade games that require the arrow keys…they just don’t work! My arrow keys work perfectly fine elsewhere though so what do you suggest? I’ve been stuck on a challenge that requires me to get kinzcash in Color Storm for a long time -Nicthewerecatqueen
Oh, that’s an odd one, Nicthewerecatqueen! If you have a full sized keyboard, you might want to try turning off Number Lock and use the arrows on the number pad. Also, I see someone else suggested trying a different browser — that’s definitely something I’d try, too! Lastly, if you happen to have a spare hanging around, you might want to try a different keyboard, just in case.
Dear Fiona, Waiting for Floaty-Clickies can be quite tedious. Other than going to the Clubhouse or the Park (which I also find boring), what other activities do you recommend to whittle away the time while catching them? Thank you, your friend, Powerann.
Hello dear Powerann! When I’m waiting for floaties, I like to take care of some gardening and some room organizing. I’ll design (or redesign!) rooms, or create storage rooms. I have a Pet Care room and spend time filling up all my pets’ hearts. Sometimes I’ll clear out my dock and sell things back to the W Shop while I wait. It can be tricky sometimes, but you can go to the Employment Office and the Kinzville Academy to do those dailies while you wait — it’s only while you’re playing an arcade game that the floaties don’t appear.

I brought the christmas room theme table but when you place things on it they hover to the side and don’t sit on the table anyone else having these problems?
Hi Fiona, in my Other Christmas room, my peppermint plant thats suppose to give a treat no longer works. Also, in my Kevin camp the gondola does not work and has not worked since all the changes were made several years ago. The peppermint plant was expensive and I should be reimbursed or, these should be fixed. I have sent information to the website but have not received any help.

I find the floaty-clickies show up faster on the iPad. I agree with Nicthewerecatqueen about the arrow keys. Mine don’t work on the games either. Mama put new batteries in the keyboard and swapped it for one with a wire and it still doesn’t work right.
I think they should make a way that we can turn floaties on or off and that we have the option of turning them on while we play games. I miss getting them during games. I used to love collecting floaty clickies while playing Quizzy’s Word Challenge or Eager Beaver. They really didn’t interrupt the game at all.
During those games it would work, but with others you would lose the game!
That’s why there would need to be an option to turn them on or off as well. If someone had the floaties “on” the whole time they played Webkinz they would catch all of them fairly easily while just doing daily activities.
Dear Fiona, I really enjoy voting for rooms in the room design contest and seeing which ones are the Webkinz team’s favorite. Is there any chance you’ll start doing something like this for Webkinz Trendz as well. It would be super cool to earn a “most fashionable pet” trophy or something like that. Sincerely, 082003m.

For a week or two now i’ve had an item in the ‘special items’ tab of my dock called ‘Candy Cane’. If i drag it into my room it gives a box saying that ‘item cannot be placed’ it won’t let me feed it to my pet. nor can i sell it to the W-shop. where did it come from? and what am i supposed to do with it?
Please contact webkinzsupport@ganz.com and ask them to remove that Candy Cane and replace it with one your pet can eat.
I have a stuck candy cane, too, in my “upsetness” account. I have contacted support three times, and they keep sending me emails that they have corrected it, but it’s still there. Any suggestions????

They fixed it so that when you got a candy cane of the Wheel of Wow, it was edible, but they have not fixed the ones that didn’t work.
Great question, Powerann! I’ve been selling extra food, furniture items, and also items from the design tab. Lots of KinzCash to be had there! It helps to pass the time and earn KC at the same time. Sometimes the smallest items give a surprising amount of KC. Good luck!
Great questions, and great answers! Thanks Fiona! I pass the time waiting for floaties by doing all my daily pet care. All the floaties show up long before I finish pet care for the day. Filling those care hearts can take a while, particularly if you don’t get to every pet every day. Hang in there Powerann!
