Hi, Sneally123! Let’s see if I understand the question — you see, Webkinz World accounts don’t really expire the way they used to anymore. Once your full membership expires, you can still play as a free player! But if you haven’t logged in a long time, a few other things might happen. After 18 months, your account is archived. If you try logging in, you’ll get a message that your account has to be retrieved from the archive, but you should be able to log in normally after 24 hours or so. If your account has been inactive for 7 years, we are legally required by privacy laws to delete the account. In that case, you would not be able to retrieve your account. If you do not remember your username and password, please get in touch with webkinzsupport@ganz.com
What ever happened to the game Bamboo Break? From what I’ve heard it was only around for a couple years, and when it was removed from the Arcade, people thought it was just being updated, yet it never returned. Is the game officially retired or is it possible that it will return? – CheekyCat
Thanks for the question, CheekyCat! Bamboo Break was retired. While there is a possibility it might return one day, there aren’t any immediate plans to do so.

Could not get into Cove, Park or Clubhouse. It sends me to Tropical Island which says all servers are full. This happened yesterday and today. Missing my mayor prizes, cupcakes and food! Please help Webkinz!
Someone invited me to a party, and when I clicked that I was going, it said that two items (the Chalet Bathtub and the Christmas Cabin Fireplace) said that they were returned to my dock. When I left the party, the items weren’t in my room so I checked the dock. I went and looked in my dock but the items weren’t there. I then logged out and back in and they still haven’t appeared. On another post, Sally said to check my Map Dock, and the items were in fact in there, but I’m unsure of how to get them out. Sally also said to email webkinzsupport@ganz.com about the issue. I emailed them Friday evening, so I figured they had already left for the weekend. I would really like to get those items back (since you can’t get them anymore) as soon as possible. Does anyone know how long it takes them to get back to you?
Generally speaking? They are fairly quick. Right now they’re working on another issue, though, but I don’t think you’ll be waiting that long. Don’t forget to check your spam folder to make sure you haven’t missed their email.
Good Day Everyone:I like to play these games each morning they wake me up to start off my day. When I worked at a retirement home I got everyone to play as well it took a lot to get them going but once they were on track it was like a row houses on fire. they all helped eachother as well. I was so very proud of all of them..I want to know why All the servers are always busy I can’t see the new Mayor in the park nor go into the club house. I have tried all night last and al this morning. maybe you can push this along. Also Nuts and bolts get into it all the time and close down my page can you please have a nice heartwarming talk with them. to calm down a bit. and the last but not least the free things I can’t get when I try to hit the botton it tells me I never sent back a e-mail conformation. Really! I don’t remember ever getting one. can you please reset that for me and let me re try it.thank you for being so very kind and for putting up with us customers……….Peace&Love……Stay Blessed
Cvasko, Steve Webkinz issued a post earlier stating that there was a server issue and they are working on it. It’s on Twitter, Facebook and in various places, Here, that they are trying to resolve it and that they’ll extend the trophy challenge by a couple of days (YAY) so everyone has a chance to finish \^_^/

Hello Fiona, will there ever be an option to turn pet requests off? (Besides putting your pets to sleep) I was gathering free food in the clubhouse yesterday when one of my other pets interrupted me with a request!
Putting your pets to sleep is no guarantee you won’t get a pet request I’m afraid. I’ve been hit with sleeping pet demands more times than I can count, unfortunately. I wish they would give us a way to opt out, I positively loathe them and it isn’t worth the irritation, the aggravation or the rewards, sigh.
All my 100+ pets are in a bed. I have never been bothered by pet requests when they were in bed, only if I walk into their sleeping quarters and tap on them. Even if I don’t get them out of bed, just acknowledging them rouses their curiosity. But on the whole, if I never enter the quarters where the pets are sleeping, they do not bother me with requests.
Same with me, dixiecup. I keep all of my pets in beds and they never bug me. Just make a bunch of bedrooms with some cheap W-Shop beds, and put all of your pets in there. That’s what I did, and it keeps them from ever bugging me with requests.
It is really frustrating! Sometimes if you click anywhere near the pet request it automatically takes you to that pet!
Hey Webkinz/Ganz im curious into what is going on with your servers today and yesterday i keep getting an error message that says servers are full try again later. id understand if that were the case during peek hour for users but i just logged in again and tried to enter the tournament arena, clubhouse and the park. and it says it again mind you that its about 3/4am in kinz time

Dear Fiona, I have 6 pets but on Kinzville Map I can see but 5 of them, no matter which pet I am walking at a certain moment. I don,t know what to do. Please let me know at least why it happens, can we see only 5 pets no matter how many we have?
They have always only ever shown 5 of your pets. I have over 90 in my account, I don’t want all of them up going walkabout O_O
It’s every account. Don’t worry. I don’t know if there is a rhyme or reason as to which 5. My theory is that it is your active, and the ones that show up in the scroll bar around it.
I have that problem were there is no arrow to go to the next page. I have 6 pets too.
I remember that ~winzarwolf. When I had six pets, I used to have to type in the name of the sixth to do it’s pet care, or go to it’s room with my active and switch pets, and then switch back when I was done. The tech team will have to look into that in their spare time someday.

I wish they would bring back DiceKinz. I miss that game more than anything, even the tv’s no longer working or my snow blower & Wacky bubble blower.
