For me, changing browsers solved the problem. I have 3 browsers on my computer; and I am only having problems logging on with one of them. It works on the first try with both of the other browsers.
Nope, haven’t found him in spite of wasting way too much time in various rooms. Please re-think your future seasonal promotions like this, it simply isn’t fun which defeats the purpose of playing Webkinz anyhow.

We updated our homepage security to make the site safer. Your bookmarks will no longer work because of this. Please go to Webkinz.com and press CTRL and F5 a few times and then trying logging back in again.
It still takes a few tries to log in (annoying), but you can only have one account open at a time. Is there a way to get more than one open using the w.com login? Using more than one tab doesn’t work. Using different browsers works, but only for one account on each type.

If you have a MAC, you go to one account… then click command N and then type webkinz again and you get another login that doesn’t restart your other one. This works for as many as you want I think. But keep in mind you still can’t get on the same account in too different windows.
On Firefox you can. You click on the log-in then get rid of the Webkinz menu tab and bring it back up. Going to webkinznews doesn’t work.
It won’t work on IE. I’ve hit control F5 10 times and still get that white page – all browsers should work at all times. The amount of money we all pay to play – come on, please get it fixed. Chrome works for me thank goodness. I like IE better though.
WHY are we not being logged in on the front page of the newspaper. The rooms take forever to load. why oh why mess up a good thing. It is getting harder and harder to play on the site.

Have you tried going to Webkinz.com and pressing CTRL and F5 at the same time? Do this a few times and then try logging in again.

I cannot get in with IE7 and another IE version at the library won’t work either and have tried the CTRL F5 too. I’ve tried on my laptop and computer at work – just get white screen on how to change passwords etc. if it works at all – and I just the log in button at the bottom – no bookmarks. Sometimes just says error. Cleaned cache and even the one at the library wouldn’t work. Can get in with chrome but I prefer IE over chrome as I can’t do the speed class at all on chrome while it works pretty well on IE as do the games. Very frustrating. ALOT of people over at WI are having trouble. Please get this fixed. thank you.
It doesn’t work. And deleting the favorites bar didn’t do anything but annoy my mom.
Update: Thanks, Ganz! This did work. But whenever I go to the wshop, the loading bar appears, then disappears, then none of the buttons work and I’m forced to log out. Please work on this. Thank you.
that happens to me too! Also, when i log on, my screen always goes to my room instead of to the kinzville paper. Is this a glitch?

Stay in one room for awhile with the sound on. You can hear him when he comes. I play in the Arcade on WebkinzNewz while I am waiting. I have 4 coins so far.
go to Doug’s room. He seems to show up there. Just wait for him because he does go there.

i was able to get all of mine in one day and half. he really is pretty easy to find. iv never had to wait longer then ten min each time. just be patient and he will come but yes turn your volume up like they said he says something as soon as he comes in the room to let u know hes there. I also wait for him in dougs room each time seems to come in there quit frequently.
