Due to ongoing technical issues with Webkinz Party Packs, that often cause them not to start, they will be retired from the W Shop at midnight, August 25th. Any Party Packs that you currently own will remain in your Dock and can still be used, however we cannot guarantee that they will work properly, due to these ongoing issues.
Even though this feature is being removed, the party continues in Webkinz World! You can always meet up with your friends at the Kinzville Park and at the Webkinz Clubhouse, and it’s always fun to challenge your friends to games at the Tournament Arena. You’ll also notice that some of the loot bag prizes will be appearing on Webkinz prize wheels in the future.
Don’t forget to keep the party going by downloading the Webkinz Desktop Application, so you can enjoy Webkinz for years to come!

Elenois idea of a mass party event is a wonderful idea! I have to work today so….anyway, I’ve had so much difficulty with the parties that I must be truthful and say that I will not miss them…at all. I’m sorry for the players that will be missing them and hopefully down the road we will all enjoy many parties together. Let’s give the tech team time to breathe and let them get back to the studio where they have better equipment to manage all of this. I for one think that they have done a fantastic job having to work from home all of this time. We will be having lots of fun on the new platform I’m quite sure!!! Right now, I’m having so much fun with the new Growing Garden Seeds that I’m not worried about much else!
Thank you so much megamom12! :) I just thought it would be a great opportunity for everyone to at least have that experience one last time (or maybe more :) )! I think I’ll send out invitations for later this week -maybe tomorrow, or the day after that, or… sometime this week, hehe. :) The option to purchase party packs may be gone, but you can still do parties if you have a pack -so if you’d like to join, just friend me with the new account (Fairlight), and also, you could create a new account so that you won’t lose anything in case of a glitch (which I’d totally understand and sympathise with..) and you can delete it later if you wish! :) I haven’t had the chance to log in to either accounts today yet, but I’ll do that after I picked up the goodies here, then see how many people sent requests and set the date accordingly! I hope I can watch enough ads to buy the all before the leave! I would like to have at least one of each for safekeeping in my dock. I also happen to have a winter party pack that was never used. I’m pleased that I managed to save it as it will never be available again. Enjoy your parties, everyone. RIP Wekinz parties. You will be missed.

Hi there fellow kinz! :) I’m writing because I’d have a humble request -as well as an idea and offer- to you guys! :) I’m a new player and I never got to experience what a party is like, which really saddens me, cause this feature sounded like the most fun to me in WK world.. :( I was invited to two parties: the first time the ‘go button’ never even showed up, while the second time I couldn’t attend, instead a whole bunch of items disappeared from my account.. So I had an idea… :) I created a new account (so that basically nothing can disappear in case of a glitch) and I would like to ask you guys, if you were kind (and adventurous :) ) enough, to friend me with that new account and , if you can, send a party invitation, so that I -as well as maybe other newer players- could at least once experience what a party is like! :) The account name is Fairlight and I also have a pizza party pack in my original account (friend me there as well, if you like: it’s Elenios), which I will send to this new account and then I can invite people who’d like to go to a party for the last time! :) I’d really appreciate it if you could help me see what these parties were like, at least once before they’re gone forever, and I also think it would be a great opportunity for everyone: for older players it would be a ‘for old times’ sake’ kind of event and for new ones it would be a new (and non-repeatable) experience! :) I’d be so happy if we could make this work and I’m sure every new player would agree too! :) I only ask that you give me a heads-up, so that I know when to log in to that account (and to send the invitations somewhat sooner), and, also, if you’d like to come to a party just write me so that I’ll know who to invite! :)
Elenios, I completely understand. The funnest with the parties is deciding what pet should I be and what outfit to wear to show off my collection of rare wear, lol! It got glitched up alot and I was sad to have missed some parties and was sure the other players understood even tho I couldn’t tell them. So sometimes my family members would have a party on our separate devices and accounts to enjoy the fun, it was actually hilarious because we are all in the same house and can hear each other as we played the party games. I remember the time when you could visit friends houses and bop around all their rooms, that was super fun! I hope you can get some of the cool party prizes…all the best to you.

Hi! Sometimes for a party, items get sent back to your dock when the party is loading. It was always newer items. If they never made it to your dock, check your map dock… the one at the right of your screen when you’re on the map. My items would sometimes end up there, then I’d have to email them and ask for them to be returned to my room dock. Just another one of the many problems with parties :( But they were soooo much fun!
Thank you acooulaunt! :) Another kind member already told me about stuff ending up in the map dock.. well, I found one item there, but when I think about emailing ganz I just cringe.. :/ I have so many issues I’d have to write to them about and I hate emailing as it is and, also, it takes them Forever to reply and so far it hasn’t been much use… But when I have loads of free time and I’m in a really ‘zen’ mood (lol :D ) I’ll do it.. could you at least fix the “invite a friend” kinzphone feature if you do this? i’d really like to show my friends my home but it seems almost impossible at this point. thank you!
I remember that too, but I think I remember them having had safety issues with that feature in the past and had to discontinue it. Remember this is Primarily a children’s game, So any feature that could allow an adult to contact a child in an unsafe way would have to be gotten rid of or restricted.
They promised they would bring it back. And besides, kids in real life invite each other over all the time. The ‘unsafe’ part of it doesn’t make much sense. Inviting people over on Webkinz is a LOT safer than it would be in person, anyways. It’s not like people can kidnap or hurt us on Webkinz.
I always feel bad when I open my mail and discover that someone sent me a party invitation that I already missed. If you’re going to use up your party packs, maybe send the invitations a couple days before the party in case your guests don’t log on until the next day!
Also, the time difference sometimes with the other player. I missed several that way. Oh well… :)
I have party packs in my dock, but haven’t used them. I have always gone to parties when I can “attend” them. My question for party pack experts is, if I host a party with the packs I have now & my friends can’t get through to make it, can I still party by myself or does 1 of my friends need 2 make it through 4 the party 2 happen?? Thanks 4 any help.
I don’t know about the 750 kc party packs, they never worked for me. But for the 1000 kc house party, the one where it takes you to a room set as the theme of the pack, whoever gets a button that works can get into the party. So yes, if only you gets there, it’s fine. Some of the games are for at least three players, but the other games can be played by one.

I have a good idea: Making the party packs into decorations would be super!! It would be just like with the spree bags and how Mayor Sophie Stockwell was nice enough to send me one!
Aww, I’m going to miss the Party Packs. I miss a lot of the things that have retired, like Dice Kinz and so on. But, Webkinz is always bringing us great new things! I love the idea of a Party Room in the clubhouse. They could switch up which party is going on and maybe we could get loot bags. That’d be super!
