Just a reminder to all of our players that cheating in any form in Webkinz can lead to your account being permanently closed. Cheating includes:
- Using outside tools to acquire or create items, KinzCash, eStore points or pet codes.
- Attempting to hack our systems in any way, for any purpose.
- Exploiting bugs in the game to acquire or create items, KinzCash, eStore points or pet codes.
- Entering another player’s account without their permission, for any reason.
If you discover an exploit or outside tool, please let us know at webkinzsupport@ganz.com right away.
We do not like closing accounts but we must protect our game and make it fair for all players. Please protect all of the hard work you have put into your Webkinz account and do not use exploits or cheats.

Okay, what the heck is an ”outside tool?”
Things like estore point or kinzcash “generators” that do nothing but steal your password. Item “generators” are made for lots of other games, too, not just Webkinz. Either way, they do not work and will most likely involve you giving personal information. Don’t even look them up. The sites you find them on will probably be malicious too.
That’s not the only thing, but it’s ONE kind of “outside tool”.

That’s so sad… I can’t believe people cheat like that on Webkinz! That’s terrible! I didn’t even think that Webkinz was a game you could cheat on. I hope Ganz can make Webkinz a safe place for everyone! :)

I had no idea that Webkinz was a game you could cheat on. But I wouldn’t even if I could. We are not allowed to download free movies or music or anything unless its a promotion for free, like a podcast or free track. Something like that.
Seriously, I have had to have a permanent chat plus ban reversed because I said “What are you looking for, donkey?” in trading to a donkey foal! If you can get permanently banned for saying donkey in the context such as that, don’t create virtual pets that trigger bans. Also, the reporting tool is a joke.

You’re lucky you could do kinzchat plus for a little while, my parents don’t let me. I’ve been trying to convince them for a long time, and now, I can’t even go to the clubhouse at all! I try do do it when they’er not looking though.
Oh I had the ban reversed. I had to email directly to have the log reviewed. As a parent, I fully understand if I’m banned for an infraction which is justified, that’s the end of it. I was only to have my ban lifted, because chat logs showed I indeed wasn’t disparagingly calling someone “donkey” as a different meaning.

It’s crazy to me that this is an issue on a game like this. Webkinz isn’t even a competitive game, so what is the point? If you can’t control your urge to cheat, at least go apply your lovely hacking abilities to any one of the vast hordes of less-innocent games, rather than targeting one of the most wholesome games in existence lol. We just wanna play mini games and collect imaginary items in peace, thank you very much

I hope Ganz can catch them ! I have seen people give pet codes in the park ! And saying some thing was priced wrong at the Estore or at the wshop you can get it cheaper ! I even seen a pet a while back wearing a Ganz hat ? That pet wasn’t from Ganz. To much personal talking about cancer, dying,relationships, ect. Clubhouse chat plus and chat plus parks need a lot more monitoring. Webkinz is a wonderful game, and they are spoiling it for ever one else !

WOW but if peeps can talk about that I just wish they did it in the park and not in tradeing rooms. Some people get depressed and talking trully helps. So I can accept some of it but the Park is the best place. I have some real down days myself. This next year looks like its gonna be bad but the following year after the storm next year after looks like it will forever be so awesome. Each day I look for the silver lining. 2 sons have medical problems . Workable 1 is set its the other who has so may problems. See 1 year and good friends mean a lot. So I dont mind a friend needs to vent. I know Kinz may not print this but after all we are all human and the HOSTS here have their days also. Bullying is sometimes the worst. REPORTING bullying like was done in AMAZING WORLD was great !!
How sad that a place like Webkinz which I love, has been affected by these offenses. Too bad the offenders can’t do good instead of bad!!
