People it is proven learn in 1 of 2 ways . Reading which Steve has shown . The other is they need to BE SHOWN in like a VIDEO !! I need the video I just don’t get it and have to be shown,
It’s like having enough wish coins for the Wish Machine. You have to use 10 of ONE pets coins to get an Any Pet. You can’t justbtake 10 coins from other pets, they have to be 10 coins from another collection, it shows how many coins you have available for each pet when you click on them. Once you have collected 10 coins the system allows the trade. It’s just that simple. If you have any pet coins, that value shows in the box as well. That one you can just drop immediately. I don’t know how a video could make this any simpler.
yea! a washer and dryer! Does it work or does it store clothes?
I did not get my deluxe box yesterday, even though I logged in three times, after I was able, was not able the first couple of times. I was wondering if anyone else has had the same issue.
It can sometimes take a couple of days to come through. If you haven’t received one by Monday, please contact ganzestorecs@ganz.com

I didn’t get mine, but this is my renewal month, and I don’t plan on renewing until my deluxe expires, so I think I’ll receive my November box then. Don’t worry, ~izzyblue, it always gets there eventually, so just hang in there! Enjoy it when it gets there!
I didn’t get my box either. I will have to follow up with Ganz too if this occurs past monday as well!
I got my Deluxe box but in the morning I did not see my 3000 points but now I got them so its just a little bit of a wait lol!

Yes, xxmeagan, that’s why. I renew late this month, and I’m pretty sure I’ll get it then. I think that everything else is still good until that date though, like the Deluxe Day gift this Thursday, and the November deluxe challenge, as long as i get it done before my deluxe expires, should all still count. It’s because it’s twelve months of deluxe, and since they give us the deluxe things for that month as soon as we renew, if they gave it to you the following year, it would be thirteen months of stuff. So, in our case, we receive benefits November through October, and then we are done unless we renew. I hope this helps.
My last day for Deluxe is the 30th … I won’t get the deluxe item this year :( that elf hat is really cute and because it expires on the last day of November, I miss out.
if you are a month by month member like I am I find alot of times I don’t get my box either but as soon as I email them they fix it.
We never get ours without requesting it specifically from Ganz. I thought perhaps it’s because our renewal date is the 30th, which is the end of the month.

Ooooo…great question! Or is it animated? I would love to have the WW washer going while my pets are kicking back and watching a show on TV, while enjoying chips and dip. (I can dream, can’t I? I miss the Chef Gazpacho Show!) Wouldn’t it be cool if the TVs worked again and one of the channel choices was linked to fan videos like BullseyeJingles ‘Kinzville Academy Marching Band Halftime Show’. I look forward to wanting to buy TVs again. Thanks for the new Washer Dryer! It will look great wherever I put it!
