Good afternoon, I completed the music class this morning and the task was incremented. I just signed back on to my next account and the task is no longer incremented. Anyone else have this issue?
I read the post twice and no where does it say this is just for ‘Next.’ So now I’m confused. This isn’t at all for Classic? Yet some wonderful prizes there.
Seasons are a Webkinz Next feature and not available for Classic.

Sally Webkinz please help I purchased the season pass yesterday and I recieved the 250 points but it didn”t unlock the season prizes I don”t know who to contact I messaged Betty Butter Ganz and customer service I’m not sure what else to do please help,

You contacted the correct people. They’ll have to investigate what’s going on. I assume you’ve otherwise earned all of the season points required for the prizes?
Yes I have 3300 points I just didn’t get the prizes. I just received a response from Betty Butter Ganz she said there working on it. Thank you Sally Webkinz.
I had the same thing happen. I emailed webkinz support and after a couple of days the bottom row was unlocked. I did end up getting all of the prizes. I hope you get yours too.

It should unlock any prizes on the bottom tier if you’ve earned the Season Points to get those prizes.
Not related to this event but….What is the Candy Cane feature on the Webkinz NEXT Kinzville map about? You collect candy canes *(and can ask friends for them) for prizes but I haven’t read about it here. I know the Toy collection event starts on Dec. 16th but it’s Dec. 6th and I haven’t heard about the Candy Cane event on NEXT. Help!
(just to clarify … by “Toy collection event”, I meant the Toy Chase Event on NEXT that starts on Dec 16)
the candy cane event is not working correctly I get the candy canes sent back but 2 of them didn’t take when I clicked on the candy canes so I have 3 for today and can’t send out more requests. Sorry this is in the wrong place but I could not find the candy cane collection post.
