I know this is completely off topic but I have been having some troubles with my account lately and would like to get answers. First of all I bought a membership a month ago and forgot to cancel it so it was charge. It was no big deal. But then I went to cancel the renewal but realized that I have no email for the previously charged membership so there is no way I can cancel it right? Also I have not yet gotten a monthly deluxe membership box yet and I did send a message to gang but have not yet received one. Please help I love this game but this is worrying me.
