Will my Account Expire?

 

Webkinz World accounts do not expire. You can always access your account as a Free Player with certain limited features. Adopting a Webkinz Pet gives you full access to the regular (non-Deluxe) features of the site for one year from the day of that last Webkinz Pet’s adoption. You can also purchase a Deluxe Membership at Ganz eStore for the most comprehensive access to Webkinz World features, without having to adopt a Webkinz Pet.

 

What if my account has been archived?

 

After 18 months of inactivity we will archive an account. For security purposes, during the archiving process, we remove all information associated to the account other than then User Name and Password. If your account has been archived and you wish to reactivate it, please have your parent contact our Customer Support team at webkinzsupport@ganz.com . If an account remains inactive for a period of 7 years, Ganz will then delete that account.

 

Can Webkinz Pets die?

 

No, Webkinz Pets cannot die.

 

How often is Webkinz World updated?

We update Webkinz World at least once a month.

 

Where do we play games?

 

Your child can play games in three places:

  • The Tournament Arena – Your child can play in tournaments and play against other Webkinz World players.
  • The Arcade – Your child can play games by themselves in the Arcade.
  • The Room – Certain games (available in the Fun Stuff section of the W Shop) are available for the Webkinz Pet’s room. Some of these games can be played against friends when they come to visit.

Your child can also play mini games, or ‘jobs’ in the Employment Office.

    How do I go about canceling my deluxe membership? I’ve checked everywhere it seems, on webkinz and in parent controls. I only wanted it for one month and will be upset if it charges me for another month.

    The parents area will not let me allow the account to use Kinz Chat Plus. It does not say you have to be a member to do so, so I am confused. It says it requires Adobe Flash 8…. which no longer exists. How can I get Kinz Chat Plus allowed on the account?

    Where can I check about trading medallions, we exchange some of them. There is no option to select the pet in question. The medallions were subtract and weren’t add to any other pet. Please let me know how this work. Thank you.

    My account showed an expiration date of Dec 12, 2020. So, why is it only Dec 11, 2020 and my account has already been changed to a free account? (This happened to my sister too, that her account changed to a free account 1 day before the expiration date that was listed on her pet’s screen). We’re feeling cheated a day. :-(
