Webkinz Mini Golf will be retired from the Arcade on April 10th, so as a special send-off before we bid it adieu, we’re holding a Mini Golf Community Challenge!
If the Webkinz Newz community plays 5,000 rounds of Mini Golf from Friday, April 5th – Tuesday, April 9th, you’ll get a code for a Golf Bag that you can unlock at the Code Shop and proudly display in your pet’s room.
Simply starting the game and giving it a try will count as a “round”, so don’t worry if you can’t complete a whole game. You’ll also get credit for trying a round of 9 or 18 holes, in 1 or 2 player mode, so there’s many ways to join in on the fun!

Oh, my goodness Mike I feel your pain! Hole 17 is the bane of my existence!!! To be perfectly honest I personally will not miss the Mini Golf game. It is one of the ones that I only play it when it is required for a challenge.
The mini golf game is so unique and different than all the other games, and I wish it would not be retired. Some of the others are similar to each other, so it wouldn’t be such a loss to retire some of those.

OFF TOPIC but is anyone else having problems getting pages to load? I wait and wait and then get the “Gateway Timedout” message. I can’t play Peek A Newz.
Had that same problem on Friday 4/5/2019 and today Saturday 4/6/2019. Hope it gets fixed soon. Also pet medallion floats are running slowly in Webkinz today
I’m also having trouble. It started on Thursday and takes forever to load and it took me a long time to play Peek-a-newz. I only got the gateway message a couple of times. I have pushed the “back arrow” button many, many times and keep starting over until it finally works.
I’ve been having the same problem except my screen just goes blue without getting he error. I’m finding it hard to get any of the events done and on webkinz I only saw one medallion out of my 5 accounts. I can’t get the mobile app to load either.
I am going to miss this game, although I did not play it too much. Takes a lot of time. The first 9 holes is easy, but the back 9 holes is hard for me because of Hole 17. It is hard to get the ball to land on the sandbar. Anyway, I love the golf bag, so I will play it as much as I can. The arrow keys help a lot, and pressing and holding the Shift key helps also when you need it. Also, I love Taylor and I always pick the monkey.
This news has made me very sad, I love the mini golf and it was nice you could play two players at once it gave being on the computer a bit of personal feel. This game is great for skill, endurance and eye and hand coordination, please rethink retiring it. Our pets could play more of it-if that is the issue. I love all the things we get to do its just when you have a good number of pets and all the challenges, cool events, school classes and job and all the other goodies, getting the time to play in the arcade sometimes except for when there is a challenge leaves not a lot of time when you are limited on getting to be on line. again, please reconsider NOT retiring this great game, I’m going to really miss it. I don’t have one of those courses around me in person so having my pets play was a nice enjoyable time. Thank you, I love Webkinz World.
I do agree in that it was a nice game, I have good memories with it. I’m going to miss it!
Yes this is one of my least favorite games. At some holes it does not show the hole or the person, the strength is all off..when you want a tap you have to hit it hard and vice versa. Terrible game, but I managed to play 18 holes and only got the ball in 4 holes. Frustrating.
I’m with you. The only one that I like even less is Webkinz Rally. Those are both games that I only play with challenges and cringe when they come up.
