In our latest Webkinz Next release, we made a last-minute change to how interactive objects work to solve an issue we were experiencing in the new Kinzville Academy location. Unfortunately, this change appears to have broken some of our Container objects, like Fridges, Dressers and Wardrobes.
Rest assured that this issue has not affected your data in the least. All of your clothes and food are still safely inside the containers. They simply can’t be opened.
We will be working on this issue and will be submitting a new version of the game to the stores as soon as possible. We expect this to be early next week, but please remember that we cannot control how long it takes for the stores to approve our App, so we cannot give a firm date as to when the fix will be in your hands.
We also had issues in this release that affected the Gem Crafting Table and Fortune Teller booth in the Curio Shop. Both of these issues have been resolved and the features can be used again as expected.
hurray i hope they can fix mine, i still cant get on next game, i know i have asked everyone, i think something really happened to it after the update on next then the token went missing, i did the update today hopeing to get it back still wont load, is the app place not letting it load, i have had everyone on this i can get, i thought the desk top would work, on next, but this month first week it stopped, it was doing good, i play classic all the time, and i thnak oyu for the emails back, i just dont trust the giving all my info to differnt people all the time, the app is like it doesnt load just half way, did this happen to any players with windows desk top what can i play it on, the next game, please keep my classic on im a classic player for ever, thnak oyu all, we hope it works for everyone, and thanks for your help, its like the thing dont want us to load it, it was great when it came from this page.

I keep trying to complete the task for taking my baby to the ball pit and it wont finish for me. Im stuck on day 2 and the third day wont work and Ive tried 2 days in a row now

I am having all kinds of issues with my game since last update. so many that I uninstalled and reinstalled , rest game, cleared chache tried everything I can think of. now if I finally get on and do any pet request when game completly closes I have not been able to see any adoptions, growth moments etc for the last 5 pets. window also closes when trying to play some games too. I really hope the fixes are made across the board for webkinz next, I enjoy playing when I can
Yay! I got a Premium Reward Bag from Season 5, and got a Storybook Wardrobe and it wouldn’t open! I guess this “update” will fix it! :)

Is that why, when I got an exclusive gift on Next earlier today and chose the Japanese style sand bed, my pet won’t lie on it? I thought it odd, or does it not work?
I’m curious what response is for this? I also chose the Zen Garden superbed and it has never worked for me. Is it not an actual bed? :(
