With so many changes to such a massive game, there are still some issues we are working on. However, on a regular basis we will be fixing these issues until everything works much more smoothly. At the same time, we will be working on some of the long-awaited features that our fans have been asking for!

If you cannot log in OR if you are logging in and seeing a frozen screen, please follow these steps:
1) Clear your cache (especially in Chrome). Click here to learn how or on your Chrome browser tab, hit Options>History>Clear History>Clear Cache.
2) Check that your Flash Player is up to date.
3) Re-type your password in the login box to light up the Log In button. Saved passwords won’t light it up until you re-type it.
4) Try a new browser.
5) If you’re still experiencing issues, contact Customer Support at webkinzsupport@ganz.com.

For those who have been asking, the next batch of item fixes will be tomorrow (Monday). We’ve also made over a hundred game fixes which we are currently testing and will push Live (along with another batch of item fixes) with our next site update on Wednesday, July 29th. Thank you for your patience during this time.

Login in isn’t a problem, getting kicked off all the time. I am lucky ifI get 5 mins, before I get webkinz is not responding
What does the reset button do on the house map?
I still can’t chat in the trading room and I still have items that won’t appear. Things seem to be getting fixed but the chat part is my favorite. I love trading and talking with my friends.
Now Webkinz is running a lot more smoothly, but for some reason I cannot trade in the trading room. It says that all my items cannot be traded. Also, pet levels still go down really fast, and the heart thing drains from full to zero after only one day.
I personally don’t like the new update. It slowed Webkinz World down alot, and the pets constantly asking for things to do or buy is annoying. But it’s new update so it’s obviously not going to be perfect on the first release. The one thing that I do like is that Webkinz has a fresh new look.
Someone made a comment about their pets always looking sad. All of mine do constantly, and they really don’t make requests often enough. I know this seems like the opposite problem, saying they are way too demanding. It is easy to meet their requests and actually fun to see the hearts fill up. I trust that all the missing items, non working items, will eventually be taken care of. Started out hating this, but am enjoying it now. I do miss the ability to talk with my friends on KC though. The park is almost always empty now because of all the problems there. If anybody else has these problems (pets not making requests, sad faces, no KC+ )and you have found a solution I would appreciate the feedback. Do some pets work better than others in relation to the frequency of their requests? I think the newer ones seem to work better. Hang in there everyone it will be better.
My pets don’t ask for anything either and I have found no solution other then get them all up a little each day and one day eventually they will get full hearts and my family score will go up slowly each day. I play about 6 to 8 pets a day this way. I do wish they would ask for something when I play for 4 hours or more at a time.
I can’t find my pet Hamster named Pierre Noel
Just wanted to say the pet meters are going crazy on me today worse than usual. I tried logging out and back in-no change. I fed my pet, the food went down all the way to the bottom in a second. I put the pet to bed and the meter went down not up. I tried feeding the pet in bed because sometimes that helps, and both meters switched places in a second-that fast. The wrong one went up while the right one went all the way down. They yo-yo back and forth right in front of my eyes so fast I gave up and logged out. You can’t sleep them or feed them so there’s no keeping them happy and I really dislike that sad face and the whines and yawns that go on and on when they aren’t happy. It’s really annoying and distracting to be honest. When I see and hear them act like that they really bring to mind Veruca Salt from Willy Wonka singing “Don’t care how, I want it NOW!” Lol, bratty demanding pets :) When the meters are working correctly it’s not quite so bad but I can’t keep them up now no matter what I do.
nothing to like about this new Webkinz. You can’t garden just pick crops. Where are all the swimming pools and water games? Pet yawns or whines all the time. Have to feed the pet constantly. I will probably renew deluxe and may leave my pets forever. I hate it.
Well it’s disappointing , worked so hard to get the room decorated now I have a lot of stuff really messed up, please fix ……
