With so many changes to such a massive game, there are still some issues we are working on. However, on a regular basis we will be fixing these issues until everything works much more smoothly. At the same time, we will be working on some of the long-awaited features that our fans have been asking for!

If you cannot log in OR if you are logging in and seeing a frozen screen, please follow these steps:

 

1) Clear your cache (especially in Chrome). Click here to learn how or on your Chrome browser tab, hit Options>History>Clear History>Clear Cache.

 

2) Check that your Flash Player is up to date.

 

3) Re-type your password in the login box to light up the Log In button. Saved passwords won’t light it up until you re-type it.

 

4) Try a new browser.

 

5) If you’re still experiencing issues, contact Customer Support at webkinzsupport@ganz.com.

For those who have been asking, the next batch of item fixes will be tomorrow (Monday). We’ve also made over a hundred game fixes which we are currently testing and will push Live (along with another batch of item fixes) with our next site update on Wednesday, July 29th. Thank you for your patience during this time.

To get more items in, our next batch of item fixes has been moved to Wednesday, July 22nd.

    Gennelle Webkiz – The adventure park isn”t working. I used 24 (?) digs and dug up every possible spot without finding the second item I needed to fulfill my adventure. So now for 3 days I have been unable to finish the adventure I was on and because there are NO more spots to dig I guess I will loose the ability to move on to a new adventure until somehow webkinz discovers the issue and fixes it. What should I do?

    Why is jumbleberry fields logging me out every time i put 5 berries in the jars? I have berries to put in jars and can’t get the berries to appear in my dock when I go back to try to put them in. Also, I AM TIRED OF POSTERS!! And I was really mad that I didn’t get the van saturday. I kept checking and nothing!

    May I suggest that you open a new thread for problems people are still having. Looking through this one to see if and what are still being addressed takes a long time. Most of Gennelles replies that I can find are from the 8th and 9th. This is now the 28th and I would like to know if I am the only one still having problems and if anyone else is what are they and are they the same ones as I am having.

    Retail therapy? Really? We are not our moms. Kids do not need retail therapy. Kids need to ride bikes, swim, go for walks with friends, ride a tube on the lazy river, read a book, build a puzzle, go to the park, swing on a swing, slide on a slide, just sit on a beach or in a pretty garden. Kids do not need to spend money constantly to “feel better.” I really find the retail therapy message offensive.

    I just wanted to make a few comments about the changes in webkinz, many of which I am still finding out as I try to navigate this new format. My three main concerns at this time are: 1. My amazing hamster pets are no longer in my pet roster and I can’t choose them to play. 2. The pets behave like spoiled children who demand to get what they want right away. If they don’t get it, they pout. Is this the message we want to send to kids? 3. Loss of smooth functioning and being spontaneously logged out result in missing events or getting prizes such as on Deluxe day when I was not able to navigate to todays activities in time to get the moon globe because I was logged out automatically 2 times. I know you are working on everything as best you can and I have faith that it all will eventually be sorted out. Until then I will patiently wait. Thanks for all you do!

    I have two accounts and I haven’t been able to log in at all since the update. Mobile still works fine, but only one of the accounts actually got past the loading screen (and displayed anything!) and the only thing I could access, even then, was the W-shop. I’m really upset because I’ve basically missed the entire collection event. I tried logging in on a faster computer and it still didn’t work. Is it because I’m using Firefox? Is it just glitches still being worked out? Either way, I really hope the collection event gets extended for the people like me who haven’t been able to participate… :(

    I still can’t get my chat to work in the clubhouse. I can enter rooms but I’m unable to chat. I’m still missing items as well. Hopefully this will be fixed soon :(
