With so many changes to such a massive game, there are still some issues we are working on. However, on a regular basis we will be fixing these issues until everything works much more smoothly. At the same time, we will be working on some of the long-awaited features that our fans have been asking for!

If you cannot log in OR if you are logging in and seeing a frozen screen, please follow these steps:
1) Clear your cache (especially in Chrome). Click here to learn how or on your Chrome browser tab, hit Options>History>Clear History>Clear Cache.
2) Check that your Flash Player is up to date.
3) Re-type your password in the login box to light up the Log In button. Saved passwords won’t light it up until you re-type it.
4) Try a new browser.
5) If you’re still experiencing issues, contact Customer Support at webkinzsupport@ganz.com.

For those who have been asking, the next batch of item fixes will be tomorrow (Monday). We’ve also made over a hundred game fixes which we are currently testing and will push Live (along with another batch of item fixes) with our next site update on Wednesday, July 29th. Thank you for your patience during this time.

I have always used Firefox for my browser but for some unknown reason, it doesn’t want to open anything anymore so must use Internet Explorer. That’s OK except Webkinz seems to crash quite often and must keep login back in. Why is that?
Gennelle please help, I “built” the balloons attached to a basket and it was in an outdoor room but now it is gone and there is no gray box showing where it would be. Also, when I try to play in the park, it is slow and glitchy all of a sudden and I can’t get to anything before other pets get to it. Thanks for all of your hard work. I will say I don’t like the changes so far, but I look forward to the improvements and maybe that opinion will change!!

To be honest, I do like webkinz X, but there are some things I don’t like. my sig. bull terrier psi DISAPPEARED from my dock when it disappeared in my room! And there are STILL items that are only half there. I understand that it is hard to fix all items, but put the bull terrier psi next on the list for iem fixing! ~Cyclone

I love the new Webkinz. The pets are way more interactive. I like all the changes they have made. Once they get all the glitches taken care of this is going to be so much better than the old Webkinz. Thanks to all of the people at Webkinz who are working so hard to get this running they way it should be and for creating a more modern game.

I don’t know where to go so I’ll try here. After I finally got on after the changeover I didn’t have any problems until the new “fixes” started. Now the adventure park doesn’t have what you are looking for even if you spend several days digging every rock pile. Then you can’t move on because you haven’t accomplished your task. The other issues I have started having according to the comments you seem to be aware of. I am trying to be patient but the issues are getting worse for me with each “fix not better.
Can you tell me why I keep getting Webkinz is not responding?
After the update today, i am unable to play. The only place I can go is my pet’s room. I can not get out of it. Usually I have to scroll down, to get to my map, pets health, etc, but when I try to scroll down now it just zooms in and out of my pets room. Please fix this.
