I am enjoying Winterfest for the most part, but is there something going on with the cookie prizes. I have 2 Deluxe accounts , so I received 6 cookies altogether from the challenge. One acct. got the ski helmet and the other got the ski boots. the other 4 cookies I got 2 snowy oak trees, a waterfall, and a rock formation instead of the winterfest prizes. I don’t like that 3 of last year’s prizes are included in the cookie prize pool – the Adventure clothing would be better as Wheel prizes or Balloon Darts. I am hesitant to spend real money for cookies that award last year’s stuff that I don’t need or want any more of.
Everything else, especially the cardinal picture, bunk bed, and wall panel is very nice.
I was very disappointed to get several of the last year clothing items. I wish the prize pool did not include those items. The other prizes are very nice and I would have bought more cookies if the clothing were not part of the prize pool.
I am sorry that you got several of last year’s prizes – I have not bought cookies yet because I don’t want any more of the clothes. I rarely have much success with any of the mystery type purchases. I completely understand why they put in old prizes – it makes us buy more cookies to get the new prizes we really want. However, sometimes it has the opposite effect on me – it makes me feel so contrary that I feel I don’t want to spend my budgeted points to take a chance and ultimately end up with the old stuff.
@alphacat @blurayne I just saw your posts and I emphatically agree. Even though I didn’t receive many of last year’s items, I already have a surplus of them! So, yes, we deserve better.

I don’t care for the carpet tiles tbh. Getting tired of them. I mean, how many patchwork carpets does one need? It’s overkill. But I adore the paintings, furniture and window.
I LOVE carpet tiles. If I don’t like them, like some of those that flew down during Christmas, I gave them away to those on my friend’s list. Funny enough, one could be made with Christmas foods (baking).
Oh my GOODNESS! You all came up with such beautiful designs! The cardinal print, the snowy trees painting … I’m telling you, I wish Webkinz would design my real home!!

I just used my 6 cookies!! I won 2 of the grade prize!! I am going to trade one for the other cookie items like the tree pictures or the chair and stuff. I am so excited! This is the best day ever!!

Wow you were luckier with one pack than I was with 3. No grand prize for me. I got 2 skates and 2 goggles which peeved me. I got 6 windows but I didn’t mind because they are gorgeous and different than the other winter windows. I got 2 sets of chairs and ottomans. Overall not a bad haul I guess. I wanted the cardinal painting which I didn’t get but got 2 of the tree paintings which are nice but not as big as I thought it’d be since it’s called a wall panel.

maybe it means that Pit Bulls are awesome, since a Staffordshire is a bull terrier and they love them?
My big sister got a Pitt bull when she got married and got her own house. His name is Mr. Pibbs and he loves to carry his teddy bear every place he goes. He smiles at it and kisses it a lot. lol I gave him one of my Webkinz, a duck and he keeps him in his bed and snuggles it.
