She wants it to be nice-looking and slightly new, but not too new because the judges may visit and think she doesn’t like to get dirty with a new, clean outfit on.

She wants not a casual dress, but a pretty, formal dress. She would also like a pair of heels and something gorgeous to put in her hair.

Wow! Thank you for first again! :D I am SO cold right now! I just ran my last cross country race for the season and it was raining! Brr! Luckily, I don’t mind mud. LOL! XD
Anyway, for Mystic (I ADORE that name!),

Rainbow Spirals Tee (NEW!)
Purple Denim Jeans (Outrageous, bold, and impressive!)
Penny Loafers (Super cute AND affordable!)
Sparkly Pink Bow (Simple and cheap!)
Eyeglasses (Like you said, a first impression means everything. I chose these because it shows she’s smart!)
Black belt (Simple, yet chic!)

Since Mystic’s fur color is black, I chose bright colors that would bounce off of her. Black does go well with anything. I also used the black belt and shoes so the brightness would be toned down a bit.
