Suggestion one: when a customer sends a question to webkinz under other (because it doesn’t fit anywhere else), actually have someone read it and respond with something other than “we’re aware of the problem…” One time it was a simple misunderstanding and an estore worker asked a webkinz tech about it for me, to find that it was an easy fix on my end (not something being worked on). Suggestion two: this weekend was supposed to have an ad that let you get the code for a free window. I have been on the site, under three different accounts, for numerous hours and there has been NO ad for the window. I have emptied cookies/history numerous times, there are a bunch of ads showing, but NO free window ad. Since there is no way to get the code, you should send everyone a free window!!!

Since the money earned by games and employment doesn’t buy much, make it so that it can buy the same things that the store money can buy (if only on the game site). Since the store points are more valuable, maybe make it a four to one ratio. So if something costs 500 store points, make it 2000 game money.

Since there is not a lot you can buy with webkinz cash, make it so that things bought with estore points can also be bought with wcash. So if something is 500 estore points, it would be 2000 wcash.

Since there is not an awful lot you can buy with the w money, make it so that things you can buy with estore points on webkinz can also be bought with w money. Maybe make it where something that costs 500 estore points costs 2000 w cash.
