Ho, ho, ho, am I ever pleased. When we all went to pick names out of the hat in the auditorium for the Secret Santakinz exchange, I, Purr-Cilla, totally picked my OWN name out of the hat! Isn’t that just the best? Because now I don’t have to pretend to like whatever I get, I can buy something for myself! Hm, now, should I buy a makeup kit, a pretty pink winter hat, a new pair of cute boots…
Purr-Cilla, you know very well you are supposed to tell Ms. Cowaline so you can pick another name. What if the last person who draws a name gets stuck with their own name because of you? I don’t know if that would happen, but what if? You are very unfair and selfish, and someday you’ll regret it. Like tygerkit said, you are going to miss out on all the fun of being surprised and watching someone else enjoy a gift you bought for them.

Purcilla you’re TOTALLY missing the point of Secret Santa. You don’t just buy yourself a present. It’s better to give and I agree it is very nice to receive but if you just pick your own name and buy yourself some makeup your going to feel really sad and left out. You’ll be wondering why YOU don’t get a surprise. Be nice, be honest, share, and understand what the holidays are REALLY about!
