      Huh, that’s exactly what happened to me as well! I emailed Ganz once to ask them to fix a glitch on my Ganz account but they couldn’t fix it. But I tried it again and it worked! I’m sure that your issues will be resolved, sometimes it takes some time for them to fix things. But, there eventually fix your problem I’m sure! I’m also having issues on my Webkinz account so I’ll have to contact them too as well! – unikitty11 C-:
