I can’t complete the Keep in Touch task, when i go to play checkers it takes too long to find a opponent, i tried to play with a computer character but it won’t let me complete the task (i use the desktop app by the way)
I also can’t complete the Keep in Touch task. I’ve tried against a computer player, and I managed to get two games against real player opponents, it still won’t count as completed. I emailed customer support but haven’t heard back
I can not get it to my webkinz game site at all. My adobe flash player site was accidentally blocked and now i can’t find anything anywhere to fix it. I do not want to miss any of the very fun things going on right now. What do I do?
Have you downloaded the desktop app? It doesn’t require adobe flash player

Hello, I have not sent an email about this yet, but I am in the process of making a GanzWorld account for my sister. She registered with the username Laneytacos134 and everytime we log in, she has a different username. She never received the promised Moneyz either. Even when she earns Moneys with these random usernames, it always comes up as zero. She really wants the Moneyz for the pink bunny slippers. Is there any way to fix this? If I should contact support, what email?
