If everyone, after they click on Wacky and get the lemon fizz, if you could please move out of the way and let the next pet ask for one. They tend to pile up and alot of times a pet is covering Wacky completely. Then have to move to another room and could be several times before can actually click on Wacky. This might help alot. Thanks in advance.

I often run several windows at the same time with all of our different accounts. The person whose pet is blocking wacky may not be seeing that at all on their screen. I will play with 1 of mine in the pool and on another account it will show my pet blocking wacky until I leave that room
I just get a feeling it’s the clubhouse glitch, you think you are one place, but others see you elsewhere, even outside in the blue part of the screen, especially since I can’t actually stand on him. Because of that I do what you mentioned, move away quickly since I don’t know what is really happening. I wish Ganz didn’t ignore these messages though and I doubt it’ll get fixed since it’s only for 6 more days.
Will we still get prizes from drinking the soda after wacky fest is over?

Between all the animation (as cute as it is) and all the pets crowding in, it’s terribly S………..L…………O…………..W and exceedingly glitchy. I only really keep trying because it’s for the new Lemon Fizz. Please reconsider allowing us to once again choose which Clubhouse Room we can go to.
Click on the small Wacky that sits underneath the painting of Wacky. Sometimes I have to click on the small Wacky several times, but it usually works.
The first object I click on in the room, I get a lemon fizz! Thank ya kindly, Webkinz headquarters people. :D

To be honest, I first didn’t understand the whole wacky clubhouse room thing… I kept honking that Wacky would be in there and I’d have to click on him, oops. But I luckily was able to find out how to do it XD I must admit, though, it can be a little frustrating clicking on a bunch of objects to find a bottle of fizz, but oh well… as long as it eventually awards me one, I’m good! (I also think it’s awesome that Ganz gave us another chance to earn more bottles, because the more, the better!)

I so agree about getting the fizz in the clubhouse. One of the main problems is the pets standing in front of wacky so you are unable to click in him,Lark a hamster pet has been there for 3 hours that I know of just today. Move on after you get the fizz, you dont have to leave just move out of the way Please
Thank you for offering this, but sometimes pets are on it somehow and I can’t click on it.
I agree people need to move their pets out of the way, it is as if they do it on purpose to make it difficult for others.
Pets in the way happens a lot; whenever there is a giveaway. I just visit another Clubhouse room and come back. It usually resolves when I re-enter the room.
Ganz, chrome lets me log in once. Once and then i have to completely shut down my computer and HOPE i can log back in. plus its taking FOREVER TO GET A FEW SODAS. ONCE AGAIN. The Ant Mania contest was a joke cause i couldn’t log in at all. i AM SO DISAPPOINTED IN NOT BEING ABLE TO PLAY ON WEBKINZ!
I am using firefox and when I enter the room everything locks up… including my computer. It is not cool.
Have you tried using a different browser?
Um there are only so many browsers, and when you’ve hopped from one to the next over and over, you really pretty much have to conclude this is a ganz problem, not a customer issue. Especially when other report the same problems over and over and over….
Webkinz is working great. It’s not on their end.
Have you tried a system cleanup? You might try closing all your applications, if you have any running; clear your entire browsing history, clear your cache, make sure you have enabled Flash, and restart your computer. Sometimes your cache gets gunky–technical term…not really, lol :-). Make sure one browser is cleared and closed before you run another, check for malware. There are, unfortunately, a bunch of things that can affect your computer and its performance on websites. System slowdowns and browser crashes are often a sign that a cleanup is in order, as well as a malware check. Hope this helps, good luck! :-)
A little disappointed. two days, I feel that I have touched, sat, interacted with everything in room and yet no bonus bottle. Oh well.
On the right hand wall is a picture of Wacky Flying. Underneath that picture is a small Wacky, right next to the Wacky Pool. Click on that small Wacky for the free lemon fizz. Sometimes a lot of pets stand around there so that Wacky may be covered up. Good Luck – I hope this helped and you can get your free soda.
Thanks for the info on how to get the free soda. I had tried all the playthings in the room and nothing happened,
