No, the virtual versions of new pets are generally not available at Ganz eStore. Plush will be available once our technical issues have been resolved.
Will there not be a Name Me contest then for the January featured pets since the winners of those contests receive codes for virtual pets? I’m just confused. Thanks for answering.
I’m not sure whether there will be a Name Me contest, but that doesn’t have anything to do with virtual pets being sold at Ganz eStore :) virtual pets as prizes aren’t the same thing.
You need to redo this; I did everything you said and still doesn’t work.

Did you delete cookies? Clearing browsing data isn’t enough if you don’t delete your cookies, as well.
I hope estore gets it fixed soon so we can order the plush pets – I can’t find them at all in the stores and so far, Amazon doesn’t have the two new ones.

You will need to delete your cookies first.

Adorable new pets for January — find where they’re featured to find the clue. I do believe the last clue is not working for the Treasure Hunt.
For the want of a slash… this has been fixed, but you’ll need to delete your cookies to start over.
