I love it when you guys open prizes in podcasts. It always makes me want to purchase some :)
As much as I love the thought of earning them, it’s gotten to the point of me having a 25% (or less) chance of earning a medallion each time I get a high score (meaning I earn at least forty Kinzcash). One time I even received 100 Kinzcash for playing and only received a 25 Kinzcash coin. Originally, when this first started, about 75% of the time I was able to earn a pet medallion. Is anyone else having this problem?

HI, Ganz Michael and Mandy, yes the site was experiencing a alot f problems today Dec. 19. the reindeer code on the antlers would not work on any of the accounts that I maintain. So the day is almost over and we do not get that prize. also any prize we miss we should be able to get again maybe a special day after Christmas when the website is working properly. Hey podkinz, I had a question that I sent that didn’t make it into the video. That’s totally fine though, I’ll ask you guys my question here: I just go the cozy cabin bunk bed a little while ago. It’s supposed to sleep two pets, one on top and one on bottom. But the problem is that I will but one of my pets in bed, then when I try to go put another one on, It just brings me back to the first pet. If I’m doing something wrong, or there is something wrong with the bed, Please tell me how I can fix it! Thanks!:)

Me too, except it just stays with the webkinz W loading forever. I was able to log in and play around earlier before it kicked me off saying something like connection lost. I haven’t been able to get on since. I’m going to be really sad if I don’t get to do Miss Birdy today. :( Please help, Ganz!
I was just able to get on, but I’m not sure for how long I’ll be able to stay on.

After waiting a few hours, it appears like I can log on with no problem. Maybe there were too many people on webkinz earlier?
